Item No.3 M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling & mass concrete, for filling in post holes etc., complete all as specified.

Item No.4 M&L for brickwork in CM 1:6 with subclass 'B' bricks (Old size) Brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.5 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.6 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including form, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed.

Item No.7 M&L for brickwork in CM 1:4 with subclass 'B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius, in half brick thick walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No.8 Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.9 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.10 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified.

Item No.11 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block, coping etc. including necessary formwork, complete all as specified.

Item No.12 M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Item No.13 Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm depth in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Item No.14 Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc. 50m & depositing where direceted at a level not exc. 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified & directed.

Item No.15 M&L for MS framed work of angle, tee, F.I, conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), distance pieces, cleats etc. welding or riveted complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.16 M&L for Precast reinforcement cement Concrete M-30 graded aggregate minimum weight( 600 x 450 x 70mm) 40 kg/ piece and (600 x 750 x 70mm) 72 kg/ piece for drain cover set and pointed in cement mortar (1:4) completed all as specified and directed.

Item No.17 M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, for 300mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No.18 Supply and fixed 300mm bore Reinforced concrete pipe, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars, including testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No.19 M&L for Machine cut mirror polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.20 M&L for Machine cut mirror polished kota stone slab 20 - 25mm thick thick, on vertical surfaces as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.21 M&L for 18mm thick granite of any type with table rubbed and polished in cooking platforms, step, jambs, pillars, window cill and like set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.22 M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.23 M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (texture and design), in vertical surfaces of walls etc, of size 450 x 300mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.24 M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base under floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.25 M & L 75mm th PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Item No.26 S&F Mild Steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater pipes, soil/ waste or vent pipes including bolts, if required, hold fast and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as directed.

Item No.27 S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confrming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No.28 M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.29 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, of any colour (as approved by the Engr-in-Charge), having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified & directed.

Item No.30 S&F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, dripand straight lashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified & directed.

Item No. 31 M&L mild steel TMT reinforcement bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.32 M&L Providing, precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) etc and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.34 All as per Item No 33 above, but with FRLS cable 2.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor for switch/ socket outlet 5 Pin,15 Amps multipurpose controlled with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor FR cable as continuous earth wire of green colour on independent board, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.41 M&L for Sub main wiring in repairs with two runs of single core FRPVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, 4 Sqmm size with multistranded copper conductor, drawn in and including concealed/ surface non metallic rigid PVC conduit of not less than 25mm dia including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed 4 sqmm cable with multistranded copper conductor green PVC insulated as continuous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly in concealed/surface wiring system by cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of wall all as specified and directed. Note:- Two runs of 4.00 sqmm cable, one run of earth and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.

Item No.43 Supply and fix in repairs LED 1 x 20 Watt Decorative ultra slim round profile LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate, environmental friendly, energy efficient, complete with all accessories duly connection with three core flexible copper cable and duly fixed on two Nos PVC square boxes complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.44 Supply and fixed double door SPN DBs 8 ways of powder coated DB's suitable for MCB's fitted with bus bar, Neutral link, Earth bar and Din ral complete.

Item No.45 Supply and fix MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA, 'C' series including connection with suitable size aluminium/ copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Item No.46 Supply and fix MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA, 'C' series including connection with suitable size aluminium/ copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.
