Supplying and laying in replacement of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as speified and directed. Make: Mehtab tiles Indore/Hind Mosaic Tiles Upleta. Note: Purchase voucher and manufacturer test certificate shall be submitted by contractor while claiming payment..

M&L for drilling manually in soft / loose soil under road / hard standing / culvert / nala of suitable bore for protection pipe upto 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Depth of bore shall not be more than 1 Mtr from original ground level.

Supply & laying in replacement of GI tubing of 80 mm bore dia, light grade conforming to IS 1239- Part-I and ISI marked in trenches, across the road, on wall or pole including fixing arrangement as directed, culvert etc of required length for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling & taking down old, deteriorated, switch air break and S & F NEW 11 KV Isolator double stack with turn & twist horizontal type 400 Amps each pole consist of galvanised steel base, H.T. insulators as per IS, non ferrous knife and spring loaded contact, arcing horns of adequate section to break the magnetizing current, including horizontal G.I. pipe adequate length for phase separation, adequate length of G.I. pipe of 25 mm for operation from ground level and operating handle complete in both OFF and ON position, jumpers with suitable conductor line, taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fittings suitable for horizontally mounting, supplied and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S & F in replacemet cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces after preparation of surfaces, supplied and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (i) Sizes & types of members and shape of the cross arms etc shall be as required at site all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(ii) Un-exposed steel surfaces shall be given one coat of red-oxide zinc chromate primer only. S & F in replacement of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps suitable for 11000 Volts including brackets, clamps, nuts, washers and connecting to 32 x 6 mm GI strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L for Calibration and testing of 33 KV Control and Relay Panel, to ensure physical healthiness with visual check for healthy tripping of over current and earth fault, adjusting tripping time, flag setting, ratio setting, instantaneous time setting etc as per installed capacity of transformer, short circuit current in accordance with percentage impedance of transformer including taking out the unserviceable parts / relays and making necessary alteration for fixing of the same in the existing panel complete all as specified. Note:- (i) All the instruments and T & P required for the above jobs shall be arranged by the contractor at site and cost of the deemed to be included in the above rates. (ii) The all above checking ,inspection ,installation and testing work shall be performed by auth HT expert engineer. Dismantaling top cover of transformer 33 / 11 KV of capacity 2 / 3.15 MVA, any make for repair, replacement of HT/LT bushing or for replacement of top cover gasket or for inspection of transformer body by taking out core of transformer 33 KV / 11 KV of capacity 2 / 3.15 MVA and testing on completion etc all as specified and directed, or for replacement of top cover gasket or for inspection of transformer or for minor internal repairs of transformer and draining carefully transformer oil as required / upto the required level and refilling the same and refitting the top cover of transformer after completion of the work to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old u/s LT bushes and fixing in replacement of LT bushes porcelain Vitreous with brass spindle threaded with washers nuts, locknuts and rubber seal for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity not exceeding 250 KVA.

Repairs to the leaks of transformer from tap switch/ fins/ any pats of body, by replacing gasket / seal , or Repairs to the leaks of transformer body / fins, by welding / brazing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old burnt winding and rewinding of HT/LT coil of different type, capacity and make of transformer with approved quality supper enamelled copper wire/ strip of approved make of suitable gauge and number of turns along with allied materials like cork sheet, fibre glass insulations, paper insulations, cotton/ Empire tap and tube wooden blocks bolts, nuts and washer (Brass) soldering and other packing material etc. all as required at site or directed.

S&F in replacement of temperature gauge circular dial type of standard size and dia suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer upto 400 KVA.

M&L for replacement and full fill up fresh silica gel in assembly at site complete all as spfd and directed.

S&F Top gasket made of 3mm thick cork sheet with suitable holes for 11/6.6/0.433 KV transformer of any type/capacity including providing suitable size of bolts, nuts and washer for transformer top cover complete for any capacity/size transformer all as specified.

Disconnecting electrically, open the cover of transformer any type/size and filteration and dehydration of Transformer oil for 33/11 / 6.6 / 0.433 KV transformers, with stream line mobile filtration plant (To be provided by contractor & quoted prices deemed to include its hire charges) at a temp from 60-75 degree celsius to achieve the dielectric strength of oil 60 KV or over at standard gap as per IS 335 of 1993 (Fourth revision) to remove the moisture from winding and core complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Filtration should be carried out in OFF position, therefore generator and cables will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (b) Test result will be recorded before and after filtration of oil and submitted to Engr-in-Charge in a prescribed manner.

M&L for Open the cover of transformer any type/size on site and filling in with new transformer oil low viscosity of approved make as per IS-335 of 1992 including heating of oil and die-electric strength 40 KV when tested at 4mm gap all as specified.

Cleaning of transformer of size 63 KVA to 315 KVA outer surface suitable for painting and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray machine of light grey colour or as directed including transformer accessories such as radiator, conservator tank, marshalling box and incl writing SM No/size/ feeder name etc all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 80 above but of transformer of size 315 KVA to 750 KVA

M & L for marking/writing feeder names/ SM No / MES No for HT/LT Electrical Eqpts like VCB, Tfrs, LBS / RMU/panels etc with synthetic enamel paint of Make Asian paints Ltd. Or Stickers equivalent of approved color complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32 x 6 mm GI strip fixed to wall with help of insulated gutties (as per sample) on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, in repair, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including GI strip of size 32x6 mm up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of brass and protected by light grade 40mm dia upto 7.5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified & directed. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cast to the department

M & L for cutting, trimming of branches along the OH conductor of LT/ HT line within 2 mtr distance along both side of line and dispose them at suitable place as specified and directed.

Removal of unwanted vegetation/bushes/small plants/ shrubs complete inside/outside the installations all around and surface excavation not exceeding 15 cm depth levelling the ground and removing the excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr all as spfd and directed.

Removing the cover of cable duct for removal of unwanted vegetation/bushes/small plants/ shrubs/soil from cable duct not exc 3' wide and 3' deep at 33 KV sub station and removing the excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 M and placing the cover after completion all as spfd and directed.

Removal coarse aggregate of any size from MES installation and segregate/removal of vegetation/ bushes/ small plants/ shrubs etc and after that spreading in the same location incl levelling and removing the vegetation/ bushes/ small plants/ shrubs to a distance exceeding 50 M all as spd and directed.

M&L for coarse aggregate not less than 40 mm graded stone aggragte nominal size without any vegetation or chemical incl levelling spreading all around complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of HT 11 KV bus bar outdoor type weather and vermin proof factory fabricated CPRI approved duly painted with two coat of enamelled paint, pedestal type made out of mild steel sheet 3.15mm thick, factory made, using angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm and 500mm high, front opening double shutter weather proof , rust proof, dust proof with provision of rubber gasket and locking arrangement including HT bush, insulator & bus bar color code - 03 Nos and making connection with suitable size of thimbles, nuts, bolts and washers etc incl necessary earth work.

Transportation of Transformer from site E/M yard to workshop for repairing and from workshop to site /E/M yard after repair etc of capacity 750 KVA all as specified and directed . NOTE : The rate deemed to be included of transportation charges.

Material and labour for dismantling of complete HV/LV coils of transformer of cap 750 KVA (11/6.6/0.44 KV) and segregating, serviceable and unserviceable coils, serviceable coils shall kept aside for reuse after complete varnishing and testing of each coil including removal of complete core and accessories such as HV / LV bushings with metal parts, oil temp indicator ,winding temp indicator and disconnection of OTI, WTI all as specified and directed . Note : 1. Rewinding of defective HV / LV Coils shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. The rate deemed to be included of all tools and plants.

M & L Installation, commissioning, testing of 750 KVA transformer by connecting all HT 11/6.6/0.44 KV connections, earthing connections, control cables for various protections, indications, metering, connection and bezels connections and testing all as specified and directed .

M&L for painting of HT 33 KV incoming and outgoing bus bar made out of cross arms i.e. MS/Steel/Flat/Channels/pipes at 33 KV yard without removing accessories with two coat of aluminium paint top to bottom after scratching old paint all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement fully retroreflective sign board of cut to sizes/ shape having writing background made out of 18SWG MS Sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including marking/ writing letters road sign any type with radium tape in different colours, duly mounted on angle iron frame 45mmx45mm and 5mm thick fixed with nut, bolt washer and welding (height as per site requirement) etc and painting with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat primer including all necessary earth work and PCC for foundation all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular poles upto 9 Mtr long including cross arms protection pipe wherever provided and painting of complete area of poles with one coat of aluminium paint from 2.1 mtr above ground level to top of pole and cross arms and protection pipe wherever provide and painting of bottom area of pole upto 2.1 mtr from ground level with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layer ( 30 cm wide) with black and yellow paint including writing poles numbers in white letter on black ground complete all as specified.

Disconnecting electrically, dismantling from foundation with due care and setting aside old unseviceable HT 33 KV relay control panel with all accessories all as directed.

Supplying, installing, connecting, commissioning and testing of IP-43, factory made, Indoor type HT 33 KV control and relay panel board fabricated out of minimum 9 fold, 2 mm thick CRCA steel sheet chemically or nano ceramic treated powder coated with after nine tank process, RAL 7032/ RAL 7035 approved colour, floor mounted. The panel shall be totally enclosed, symmetrical, stable profile frame construction. Enclosure doors shall be fitted withdust tight Poly Eurethene form gaskets which can withstand a temperature of 65⁰ C continues with easy operating type fasteners designed to ensure proper compression of gaskets. The panel shall comprises of the following accessories comlete all as specified and directed:-

(a) Three over current & one earth fault element with numerical IDMT relay with shunt trip on 30 volts DC consisting 2 element over current relay with setting from 50% to 200% (step of 25%) and earth fault with setting from 20% to 80% (step of 10%) (Make: ABB cat part No. SPAJ 140C or equivalent in CG/ ALSTOM/ L&T).

(b) Trip circuit supervision relay similar to TCS (Make:ABB/ CG/ ALSTOM/ L&T)

(c) Antipumping relay RE-300 (Make: ABB or equivalent in CG/ ALSTOM/ C&S).

(d) Bucholz, oil and winding temperature and winding temperature trip and alarm relay.

(e ) Auxiliary relay-2 Nos.

(f) Annunciation accept , reset and acknowledge push button.

(g) Buzzer for trip alarm and non trip alarm.

(h) All wiring necessary for the above including inter connections. The size of conductor should not be less than 1.5 Sqmm copper wire.

(j) Test terminal block fuses, circuit labels, phase indication lamp etc as per standard practice.

(m) Necessary DC supply healthy indication lamp & switch.

(n) Control: T-N-C (Trip, Neutral & Close) breaker control switch with indicating arrangement.

(o) Danger plate as per specification.

(p) Set of circuit breaker ON/ OFF/ Autotrip/ Spring charged/ Trip circuit healthy indicating lamp (LED type).

(q) Three pin socket plus switch.

(r) Anti-condensation space heater/ thermostat

(s) Digital multifuction meter with RS 485 port with TOD, THD measurements. Make of panel: ABB/ Crompton Greaves/ ALSTOM/ C&S.

NOTES FOR ITEM No. 100.00 (i) Panel shall be compatible with existing VCB 33 KV make type PCOB-36 MECH-SPMX-500 from AM shunt trip 30 VDC close 30VDC motor supply 230 volt AC for all functions. (ii) Drawing of HT 33 KV control and relay panel board enclosure design with marking of all components as per CA provisions shall be submitted by contractor to GE for approval before procurement. (iii) Any other items that are not mentioned above if required for proper functioning of panel shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply and fix in replacement of Current transformer (CTs) 33 KV outdoor type oil filled of ratio 100-50/5+5 class-1 for metering, class 5 P 10 for protection 15 VA burden suitable for protection metering and deferential protection mounted on extended frame of VCB and make up of hot dip galvanized steel structure. All control cables shall be terminated in junction box. Note:- (i) Cost of junction box and frame work used for CTs shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) Double core CT shall be provided one for protection (earth fault/ over load) and one for measuring instruments.

Supply and fix in replacement of Current transformer (CTs) 33 KV outdoor type oil filled of ratio 60-30/5+5 class-1 for metering, class 5 P 10 for protection 15 VA burden suitable for protection metering and deferential protection mounted on extended frame of VCB and make up of hot dip galvanized steel structure. All control cables shall be terminated in junction box. Note:- (i) Cost of junction box and frame work used for CTs shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) Double core CT shall be provided one for protection (earth fault/ over load) and one for measuring instruments.

Supply and fix in replacement of single phase potential transformer (PTs) oil filled type of ratio 33 KV/ 110 volts, class-1 suitable burden and mounted on hot dip galvanized steel structure. All control cables shall be terminated in junction box. Note:- Cost of junction box and frame work used for PTs shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
