SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I

Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power), complete excluding fittings but including switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling, floors etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked, with multistranded copper conductors and earth continuity wire with 1.5 Sqmm cable (including connecting to earth dolly) in and including casing caping on walls/ceiling, and also including sunk type mild steel terminal box and 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top covers for One 3 pin 5 Amp switch socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 02 here in before but for One 5A 3 pin switch socket outlet on same board.

Taking out existing unserviceable switch board plates any type, dismantling switches carefully, stacking at site for use of serviceable switches and supply and fixing new 3mm thick masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed on 6 inch x 10 inch MS box with brass screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including making necessary electrical connection with 1.5 sqmm single core copper multistranded cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : New Switches, sockets, fan regulators etc if required will be measured and paid separately under relevant items).

All as per item No 52 here-in-above but new 3mm thick masonite laminated sheet top cover white or ivory fixed on 4 inch x 8 inch MS box.

S&F in repairs, wall fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V ,50 Hz metallic heavy body of size 400 mm sweep, and necessary connecting items with flexible PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed. Make-USHA, Model-400 MM MIST AIR or equivalent model of make Havells/Bajaj /Crompton. Note:- old fan deposited to MES Store.

M&L for wiring with 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dia non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as required along with one run of 1.5 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuous earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion including taking down old wiring and type of conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 run of 1.5 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 1.5 Sqmm cable along with conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.

M&L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4.0 sqmm, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dia non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as required along with one run of 4.0 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuous earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion including taking down old sub main wiring and type of conduit complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 2 run of 4 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable along with conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.

All as per item No 56 here-in-above but with 2 runs of 6.0 sqmm copper cable and 1 run of 6.0 sqmm copper cable for earth dolly. Note: 2 run of 6 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 6 Sqmm cable along with conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.
