FOR OVERHAULING OF 420 KV SF-6 CIRCUIT BREAKER (CGL MAKE) OF 400 KV SUB STATION PANKI KANPUR

Overhauling of three phase mechanism of CGL make SF-6 Circuit Breaker the job includes opening of control valve assembly holding latch and pumping pin assembly opening and cleaning of pneumatic system cylinder shocks absorbed etc cleaning and greasing of all these parts de-rusting and lubricating of all parts of mechanism assembly rectification of air leakages through NRV safety valve , drain valve, reservoir etc replacement of consumable spares such as O-ring NRV, Drain valve and other defective spares as per requirement rectification of gas leakage by replacement of O-ring of gas pipe line and brazing of gas pipe assembly of mechanism checking satisfactory operation of circuit breaker with local remote mode as well as taking closing and tripping time of C.B. with all other associated work to be complete the job satisfactorily.

Complete overhauling of Air compressor by opening and replacement of its all gasket packing, replacement oil seal, compressor oil, V-bet checking of air leakage in pipe line . O-ring , greasing and other associated work to complete the job satisfactory of Ingersoll Rand make compressor installed at 400 KV TBC Bay.
