REPAIRS TO FLOORING TO CERTAIN OTM ACCN IN AREA-I AT GRC KAMPTEE

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar, bedding etc (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint less non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/ tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 above but on vertical surface as in skirting/ dado including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat to receive wall tiles/ skirting /dados complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic tiles (Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exce 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick mortar in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but on skirting/ dado including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 as backing coat to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut pre polished kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick laid over and including 20mm thick screed base in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, if required after fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut pre polished kota stone slab 18-20mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed/ backing coat 15mm thick in CM 1:4 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, if required after fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any desription on brick or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall & applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type A1, 1:1 1/2:3 (Design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, including rafts, grade slab over sub bases complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT 6 to 8mm dia cut to lengths bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooking and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc to a distance of 100m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.
