1 Supply of 20 MVA,132/33kV Compact Mobile Substation along with all accorories as mentioned below:- 1. 132kV GIS Module. 2.Power Transformer – 20 MVA, 132/33 kV (with suitable modifications for transportation in assembled condition, if required ) 3. 33 kV GIS RMU – 01 Incomer and 03 Outgoing 4.100 kVA, 33/0.415 kV Station Transformer (Compact Size) 5. Control & Relay Panels with control cables 6.DCDB, ACDB & LT Power Cables 7.Battery and Battery Charger (110V) 8. Surge Arresters 9. Modular Hydraulic Axle Trailer with Truck Trailer Puller as required 10. Other miscellaneous materials, including cables, earthing system, fire-fightingequipments, and safety & security arrangements required for completion of themobile substation. LS 1

Note : 1. The tenderer shall ensure to fill up completely and correctly all the columns of above pro-forma.

2. The prices of each items shall be quoted separately.

3. In case of any arithmatical discrepancy, the calculations done by the department shall prevail and shall be binding on the bidder.

4. The successful tender have to dispatch the material by road transport to destination sustation for which Form-38/E-way bill,if applicable,will be made available by consginees to successful tenderers.

5. Confirm that prices are after taking into account ITC benefits. As per section 171 of CGST Act 2017, "Any reduction in rate of tax on any supply of goods or services or the benefit of input tax credit shall be passed on to the recipient by way of commensurate reduction in prices. Hence supplier/manufacture to ensure to pass the benefit of reduced prices to UPPTCL. Further price quoted by supplier/manufacture is subject to scrutiny under above section."

6. The purchaser reserves the right to instruct the successful tenderer to despatch the material by Road transport to destination substations for which Form-38/E-way bill, if applicable, will be made available by the consignees to the successful tenderers, if situated out of state.

7.Lodging at works site and local transport where ever required shall be provided free of cost by the Corporation.

8. The price quated by firm is fixed, No Price variation allowed.
