Part-A (Civil Work) Dismanting of prestressed / reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 and above incluidng T&P. & scaffolding where ever necessary sorting the dismantled materials disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts & lead of 1000m. with all labour, T&P. machineries etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including shoring, shuttering, proping bullahs, piling dewatering from foundation trenches supplying and working pumps and shifting the materials away from the working area with coffer dam if required including basic cost, conveyance of all labour, T&P, hire and running charges of all machineries including removing bushes and any other foreign materials from the foundation etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete including provision of key trenches as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and filling sub grade with sand well watered and rammed with basic cost, conveyance, royalties and of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-carge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floor i.e below the base course of terrazo flooring using 4cm (1½") size black hard broken granite aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry, including lowering, laying concrete, watering curing etc. complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including basic cost, conveyance, royalties and of all materials and cost of all labour required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete

RCC of Nominal mix / Design mix of grade M-20 having specified characteristics compressive strength of 15mpa, 20mpa, target mean strength of 25mpa, 30mpa, respectively for 150mm cubes at 28 days curing as per IS-456-2000 & I.R.C-21-2000 test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate and other materials as per section 302 of I.R.C.21-2000 & IS-456-2000 of approved quality including centering, shuttering and form works for providing smooth and water tight surface, hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 30 cm. compacted thickness, compacting with mechanical vibrators true to lines, grades as per drawing and technical specifications, watering and curing for 28 days including basic cost, conveyance, royalties and all other of all materials with all leads and lift, cost of all labour T & P, and equipment required for mixing, transporting and placing in position vibrating, compacting, finishing and curing including all incidental expenses and removal of form work as per section 1700 and 1500 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge work including labour cess but excluding GST complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer–In-Charge but excluding cost, of M.S. / Tor steel reinforcement and binding wire and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding and tying the grills, lapping, spacing etc. hoisting and placing in position (to be paid separately) as required for RCC works Drain bed

Supplying, cutting, straightening the bent up M.S. Rods or Tor steel, using SAIL / TATA / RINL / JINDAL STEEL / SHYAM STEEL (grade Fe 5OOD} etc. including bending, binding, welding jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. works and for providing required no of fan hooks hoisting, lowering, laying including basic cost, conveyance of all M.S. Tor steel and binding wires of 18· to 20 gauge as required for the work bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (Payment will be made on weight of M.S. Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge (First Floor)

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain /Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return walll with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV:2011 towards drawing foce complete as per drawing and Technical including basic cost of all materials, labour T&P required for the work including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning the debris from work site with initlal leads and lift by mechanical means within average lead of 5km loading into trucks/other mechanical means of transport and unloading from trucks on the road alignment incluidng basic cost, conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P. and machineries etc. including labour cess but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
