M&L preparing surfaces of steel tubular swaged pole LT with scraping out old paint by emmery paper, caustic soda complete and painting with two coats of aluminium paint and (numbering of poles with white paint on black paint base and stripping with black and yellow paint alternatively (100 mm each stripe) 3 Nos at equal distance from bottom (above PCC coping) upto a height of 1200 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of pre-stressed concrete pole upto 11/9 mtr long by scarping old paint and applying two coats of cement base paint including numbering of pole with black oil paint painting the base of the pole in alternate black and yellow stripes each 30 Cm apart up to 1.5mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

Maint/Cleaning of Sub stations inside and out side area and removing of creepers raised along with sub station including surface dressing around the sub station not less then 3 mtr from out side fencing and removing the all waste material from site and Chemical spray inside and out side area of Sub station. Note:- T & P will be arreanged by contractor

Repair/Maintenance of LT Panel board by taking shut down, removing of carbon particles, rubbing of heated portion of bus bar and cleaning complete by means of CRC-2-26 (Electrical contact cleaner)/Petrol, tightening of all joints in bus bar, checking of earth and neutral voltage and make a record, replacement of u/s nuts/bolts/washers including replacement of corroded glands, lugs/ thimbles and tightening them properly complete all as specified and directed.
