RequiredThe tenders will be evaluated as per GO MS No.294, Dt : 18-07-2020 for the works costing above Rs.5.00 lakhs upto 50.00 lakhs in which the bid capacity of the contractor will be calculated as per formula 3 AN-B, the bid capacity should be greater than ECV for eligibility of the particular work.

RequiredPayments will be done as per seniority of the bill submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC.

RequiredAgencies shall not depend on payment of part bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills.

RequiredFor all works costing Rs.20.00 Lakhs and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance.

RequiredViolation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demolition to a lower class / suspension of business / removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue.

RequiredThe agency should submit declaration on genuineness of certificates uploaded on Non-Judicial Rs.100.00 stamp paper with latest date mentioning the name of the work.

RequiredThe work should be completed within 15 days, failing which EMD will be forfeited. Agency should give a declaration on letter head stating that work will be completed in 15 days.

RequiredThe agency should submit similar nature of work experience certificate counter signed by Superintending Engineer with value of work not less than twice the ECV during last 3 financial years.
