Material and labour for sunken flooring as per following details:-

(a) Special treatment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness, removal rubbish outside MD land.

(b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Bath / WC / Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt dust, etc.

(c) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C')

(d) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape " or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C' and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C' Nahani Traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner.

(e) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C' on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

(f) In the remaining area, in dry sustrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first coat is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproofing coating "Dr Fixit Pidifin 2K" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C', can be further applied right upto 2.10 mm to water proof the shower area also, it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annes and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely.

(g) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed M-15 type B0 mixed with intergral WPC (Liquid) laid to be slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. incl provide 40mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 etc complete all as per manufacturers instruction and direction.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:5:10, type E-2, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in mass concrete, sub base, filling sunken floor and similar items complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section area exceeding 13sqcm & not exceeding 25 sqcm, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in coping, haunching, padding and similar items complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made 100 % solid wood plastic composite (WPC) door frame, double riveted of size 125 mm x 45 mm, made from wood plastic composite (Single extruded process) material with density 780 Kg/ Cum, complete all as specified and directed. . NOTE: During Fixing of chowkhat, surface shall be make good in plumb with existing finishes like cement plaster, similar wall tile, floor tile etc and as per site requirement. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sq.m in each pane in any height, complete including hacking out old broken glasses all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing old damaged oil putty from window glass and applying new oil putty with steel pins for fixing old glass area not exceeding 0.50 sqm each glass in windows complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F butt Hinges, medium weight, brass, 50 mm size, type B 12 complete all as specified.

M & L for welding in repairs to MS hinges to angle iron frame or door frame in repairs exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5cm in length thickness of metal to be welded exceeding 6mm but not exceeding 9mm complete all as specified & directed.
