Removing old grading plaster from roof slab as per item no.21 of A/R page- 220 .

4.0 cm grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab with12mm & down grade size black hard granite chips for old work (refer item no.18 of A/R 2006, page- 48) .

Fly ash Brick Masonry in cement motor. ( 1:6) in Foundation/ superstructure in all floors using K.B. brick size 25cm. X 12 cm. X 8 cm. having crushing strength between 100 kg. / cm2 to 149 kg ./ cm2 etc. complete.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work in ground floor as per item no.4 of A/R page- 103 .

Providing , Cement concrete ( 1:3:6) with 40 mm H.B. G. Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour ,royalty, taxes, curing etc. complete .

Providing & Fixing Chequered tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of c.m. 1:1 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles,all materials,labour.t&p,all taxes of materials etc complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of two coat track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Painting two coats with weather coat paint including cost and labour etc complete.

Painting two coats with plastic paint including cost and labour etc complete.

Painting two coat synthetic enamel paint with approved paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (new work) etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Wall panneling using 18mm thick HDHMR Board of good quality and make fixed to wall by means of SS 304 screws and pvc rawl plug and the exposed surface finished with 1.0mm thick laminates (Make: Merino/ Greenlam/ Virgo/ equivalent) including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, T&P, etc. all complete
