Supply and fixing in repair Sluice valve of size 80 mm dia CI body, both ends flanged duly drilled, ISI marked with IS-14846-2000, PN-1.6 having Stainless Steel spindle and check nut including operating wheel cap, fixing with new nuts, bolts, washers and rubber insertion/ packing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 1 above but of size 100 mm bore.

All as per item no 1 above but of size 150 mm bore.

All as per item no 1 above but of size 200 mm bore.

All as per item no 1 above but of size 300 mm bore.

Supply and fixing in repairs gun metal gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 50 mm bore including taking down the unserviceable existing ones complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Non return valve (NRV) ISI marked, gun metal body suitable for 300 mm dia pipe line including taking down old valve all as directed.

Material and labour in repair for DI fittings/specials 100 mm to 300 mm dia suitable for spigot and socket end or flanged end such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type ( straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch."Y" junction, double branch, cross, collars, caps and plugs, connecting pieces (any type) and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of PCC block walling valve pit of size 1000mmx 1000mm x1000mm(internal dimension) with precast cement concrete block of PCC 1:3:6(PCC 1:3:6) type-C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on internal and exposed external surfaces with and incl 40x40x6 mm mild steel angle iron frame and 3mm thick MS sheet cover thickness not less then 3mm with locking arrangement and 1 No 50 mm size 4 level lock with key in duplicate incl painting to steel and iron surfaces with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide prime complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge including demolition of old / existing valve pit and removal of debris to out of MD land
