PROVIDING PATHWAY AND OTHER DEVELOPMENT WORKS AT ANCIENT MOUND AGROHA HISAR, HARYANA

Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Levelling & neatly dressing of disposed soil completely as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying brick tiles over roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10

Filling with available earth (excluding rock) in trenches or embankment in layers (each layer should not exceed 15 cm), with intermediate layer of compacted earth including compacting each layer by ramming and watering all complete as per drawing and direction of engineer - in - charge

Providing and laying brick tile edge in composite mortar 1:4 (1cement, 4 coarse sand) over bed of 20mm thick mortar including filling of joints. Curing all complete

Removal of damaged/cracked modern brick work of boundary wall manually including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing first class tile brick masonry of boundary wall in the ratio 1:4 (1 cement, 4 course sand ) etc. complete.
