Addition alteration and special repair of Explosive store T1 at NAD Goa under GE Gomantak Vasco

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc. 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc. 1.50 sqm and n. exc. 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium powder coated (thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) frame and shutters for doors/ windows/ ventilators, sliding/ fixed/ openable type complete with necessary fittings such as two concealed lock for each window, roller, hinges etc. wheel etc. including necessary arrangements to receive 4 mm thick glass or wire mesh with aluminium channel beading & stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The weight of rubber gasket beading will not be measured with the weight of aluminium shutters, glass will be measuerd and paid separately. (b) The rate quoted by the contractor shall also include necessary wheels for sliding shutters and hinges for side hung/top hung shutter as required at sight and concealed locks for windows. (c) The colour of powder coating shall be as approved by GE.

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and fixed with oil putty or rubber beading, wooden/aluminium beads and provsion of glazing pins where required in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane fixed in wooden/ aluminium/ steel windows/ doors/ partition/ ventilators complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Aluminium glazing strip/ metal strip paid sepetately under respective item.

S&F figured glass(frosted), 3 mm thick, pin head type and fixed with oil putty or rubber beading, wooden/aluminium beads and provsion of glazing pins where required in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane fixed in wooden/ aluminium/ steel windows/ doors/ partition/ ventilators complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Aluminium glazing strip/ metal strip paid sepetately under respective item.

S&F mild steel framed work as in grills, grating etc. with end of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes: frame guard bars: barred iron doors: ladders: frame balusters: walk ways: railing: frame work of water tanks and similar works confirming to Fe- 290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised wire mesh of size 1.5 mm x 3 mm mesh, 20 Gauge thick in doors/window shutters complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC frame (single rebated) size 60 mm x 30 mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogeneous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. NOTE: Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life.

M&L for providing factory made 25 mm thick 100% solid WPC (wood polymer composite) coloured laminated flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K value 57-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powders/ rice husk/ wheat husk (non toxic additives, made from extrusion process WPC foam single extruded (inner) with having minimum density not less than 650 Kg/cbm, having good screw holding capacity (Screw withdrawal strength of 2000 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), Minimum Compressive Strength of 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance of spread of flame of class A category with Property of being Termite / borer free water / moisture proof and fire Retardant WPC to be Laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted on both faces of shutter and fixing with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screw complete all as directed. Note :- Material test Certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company.
