Dismantling Strctural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable rolling shutters of any sizes and any type inclduing all the connected assessories complete all as specified and directed

S&F Steel rolling shutters, having interlocking arrangement of MS sheet laths made out of 1.00 mm thick with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple guide channel and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete; push & pull or manual type complete all as specified in SSR 2009 (Part-I) and as directed.

All as per srl item No 3 hereinbefore but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle and shaft as per site requirments complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails braces etc.complete drilled for fixing of sheeting or other covering.doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting,and also for other similar worksetc, steel confirming to FE 410W(Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rolling shutters of any sizes and any type for necessary repairs and refixing in the same opening inclduing the top hood and cleaning with kerosine oil properly to remove all dust and greasing from the channel and from shutters complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Replacement of spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under item Nos 8 to 14 respectively)

Replacement of following unserviceable part of the rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed:-

Bevel bearing gear box with 2 x bearing extra & jalla crank handle ISI Marked.

Suspension shaft 40 mm bore made out of mild steel pipe of heavy duty.

Mild steel spring of size 18 ".

Mild steel spring of size 30 ".

1.25mm thick lathes inter locking cruls at both edges and deep corrugation at centre with a bridge depth not less that 12mm each lath shall be continuous single piece without any welded joint and matching with the existing width of lath all as specified and directed.

Ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Safety lever box, mild steel with four levers for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for necessary welding in repairs to metal surfaces including cleaning and preparation of the existing surface of any type, any thickness of metal and any type of welding exc 2.5 cm but n. excedding 5 cm in length including grinding if required to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts of struts (wood steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (Natural ground/concrete, brick work) full length of post to be measured complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of chain link fencing wire mesh or any type including barbed wire fencing, folding servicable fencing for reuse complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each n. exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc. 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50cm and making good surface in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion , drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars for doors, balusters nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire. etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) incl all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-185

Mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) 16mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut , length of bolt exc. 5 cm but n. exc. 10 cm long all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing with 50 x50 mm nominal pitch of wire of any size.complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires,any mesh,size and type of standreds,rails,staning bolts,etc. including provision of binding wire

Supply and fixing in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (Each line wire to be measured)

Demolition of stone/boulder /PCC Block masonry, pre cast concrete articles and pre cast conrete block/stone walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Pre cast cement concrete(1:3:6), type C-1 (20mm crushed store graded aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random ruble uncoursed, well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted built in CM1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 22 hereinbefore but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or lime mortar in any description including raking out joints hacking for scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on block masonry or concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Raised pointing to random or polygnal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thk (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C -2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of hard standing, finishing the surface rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete, type B-2 (1:2:4) (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in hardstanding/pavement/flooring laid in panels and finishing the surface by brooming complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints in 100 mm thcik concrete, filled with preformed bitumenous filler complete all as specified and directed.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deepx 10mm wide, filled with grade A sealing compound complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x200x7mm thick (Square/rectangular) in vertical surfaces over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match the surface of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface (350 X 250 X 7 mm / 450 X 350 X 7 mm) thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick machine cut Granite tiles of any type, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including griding and polishing types

M&L for Pre polished chequred cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 9180.00 (Rupees Nine thousand one hundred eighty only deducted on acceptances of bid.
