Annual Maintenance contract for UF and RO Water Purifiers installed at IGCAR, Kalpakkam for the year 2024-25

Annual Maintenance contract for 10/15 lph Ultra Filtration type Water Purifiers. The purifiers contains 3 to 5 stages of filtration such as Prefilters, Carbon filters, activated alumina and membrane filter(UF), UV filter, etc. Cleaning and maintenance shall be carried out strictly as per the scope of work of all units covered under this contract.

Annual Maintenance contract for 50/25 lph RO type Water Purifiers. The purifiers contains 3 to 5 stages of filtration such as Prefilters, Carbon filters, and RO membrane filter. Cleaning and maintenance shall be carried out strictly as per the scope of work of all units covered under this contract.

Annual Maintenance contract for 100 lph ultra-filtration water purification plant with raw water pump & should have manual forward wash, backwash and filtration cycles of operation. Cleaning and maintenance shall be carried out strictly as per the scope of work of all the units covered under this contract.

Supply and installation of 10 micron Spun Poly Propline Pre filter ( sediment filter) element of 250 mm length, 50 mm OD with minimum flow rate of 2 lpm filtration for using 10/15 lph UF water purifiers.

Supply and installation of 1 micron Spun Poly Propline Pre filter ( sediment filter) element of 250 mm length, 50 mm OD with minimum flow rate of 2 lpm filtration for using 10/15 lph UF water purifiers.

Supply and installation of 250 mm length Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) filter for the above 10/15 lph UF filter having a minimum Iodine value of 900 for adsorption of residual chlorine, removal of odor, and other contaminations for taste improvement of the filtered water for using 20/25 lph UF water purifiers.

Supply and installation of 250 mm length Chlorine, taste & Odour (CTO)/activated alumina post carbon filter for the above 8/11 lph UF filter for adsorption of residual chlorine, removal of odor, and other toxic materials like fluorides, nitrates, arsenic, etc for produce water clear with a more appealing taste and it shall be minimum flow rate of 10 lpm filtration.

Supply and installation of Polyesther Sulphone (PES Polymer) UF membrane filter element made of hallow fibre with multibore type of 250 mm (10") length membrane for using in 15/25 lph UF water Purifiers. The output (permate) water should qualify the following parameters: Turbidity <0.1 NTU, Bacteria - nil & Pathogens - nil.

Supply and installation of Polyesther Sulphone (PES Polymer) UF membrane filter element made of hallow fibre with multibore type of 500 mm (20") length membrane for using in 10/15 lph UF water Purifiers. The output (permate) water should qualify the following parameters: Turbidity <0.1 NTU, Bacteria - nil & Pathogens - nil.

Supply and installation of 1 micron Spun Poly Propline Pre filter ( sediment filter) element of 500 mm length, 50 mm OD with minimum flow rate of 3 lpm filtration for using 50 lph RO water purifiers.

Supply & installation of 10 micron pleated Polypropline Jumbo spun filter (sediment filter) element of 20"(500 mm) length, 4"(100 mm) dia OD with flow rate of 6 lpm filtration. It removes dust, dirt, mud, silt, etc.

Supply & installation of 1 micron pleated Polypropline Jumbo spun filter (sediment filter) element of 20"(500 mm) length, 4"(100 mm) dia OD with flow rate of 6 lpm filtration. It removes dust, dirt, mud, silt, etc.

Supply and installation of 500 mm (20") length, 100 dia UPVC/Poly Propylene (PP) Filter house assembly along with suitable Inlet & outlet connectors, fixing plate for using commercial water Purifiers, Water Coolers as specified.

Supply and installation of 6 mm (1/4") dia UPVC white colour hose along with 12 numbers suitable end connectors, clamps for using commercial water Purifiers, as specified.

Supply and installation of 10 lph Ultra Filtration type Water Purifier with storage capacity of 10L. The purifiers contains 5 stages of filtration such as Prefilters, Carbon filters, activated alumina and membrane filter(UF) etc.

Supply and installation of 50 lph Ultra Filtration type Water Purifiers with storage capacity of 25L. The purifiers contains 5 stages of filtration such as Prefilters, Carbon filters, activated alumina and membrane filter(UF) etc.
