Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan/socket or power) complete including taking out existing unserviceable terminal boxes & conduit with switches/sockets/fan regulators and fittings such as ceiling rose, pendants, tube light fittings, lamp holders, brackets light fittings, rectangular blocks, DB, MCB etc. and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. to match with the existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 1.00 (here-in-before) but excluding existing concealed conduit.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point controlled by one, one way switch with multistrand 1.50 Sqmm unsheathed copper conductor PVC insulated FRLS cable including continuous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm in green colour unsheathed copper conductor PVC insulated FRLS cable connected to common earth dolly in PVC casing & caping with accessories fixed on surface of walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves/dash fasteners with cadmium plated screws, all as per IS in on New wooden boards fixed on wall for mounting switch, socket, regulators etc with and and including 3 mm thick new bakelite laminated sheet top cover ‘Hylam’, complete, all as specified & directed. (Note :- Switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of BoQ' ).'

All as per item No 3.00 (here-in-before) but ceiling fan /exhaust fan point controlled by one Number one way switch.

M & L for point wiring for one light controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed multi strand copper conductor cable FRLS drawn through existing PVC coduit and conduit accessories in existing concealed type in walls/ceilings and including change of steel terminal sunken boxes and 3 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover for sunken boxes flush to surface for one light point/fan point, controlled by one switch on the same board with other switch or independent including PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable FRLS connected to common earth dolly complete complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of BoQ' ).

Make :- Indo Asian Cat Part No 810321 or equivalent of makes mentioned in list of makes here-in-after .

S&F MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps 240 Volts , 'C' curve, 10 KA, IS-8828 marked fixing in DB complete all as specified & directed. Note :-Make of MCB shall be same of that DB.

S&F MCB SPN, 32 Amps 240 Volts , type 'C' curve, 10 KA, IS-8828 marked fixing in DB complete all as specified & directed. Note :-Make of MCB shall be same of that DB.

S&F Sub main wiring with two single core cable PVC insulated unsheathed of copper multi stranded conductor FRLS cable of size 6 sqmm, 1100 votls grade drawing through and including concealed conduit 25 mm dia medium duty including acessories such as Tee, bend, Elbow etc, ISI marked with and including PVC insulated 6 sqmm unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable for earth continuity and connected to common earth dolly including cutting chasing of wall, if required and making good disturbed surface in CM (1:3) and finishig the surface to match with existing surface, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge including taking down old unserviceable submain wiring. Note:- Two lengths of 6 Sqmm cable, one length of 6 Sqmm cable and one length of PVC conduit will be measured as one length.

Make : Cat Part No LTTB2F10WLEDEW BATTEN of C&S equivalent of makes as mentioned in Appx 'C' list of makes.

Supply and fixing surface mounting bulk head luminaries ‘S’ type CFL 1x9 Watt, comprising of deep drawn anodized aluminium housing complete with G23 bases, accessories on a detachable tray and covered with heat resistant prismatic glass cover and weather proof gasket with & including CFL all as specified.

S&F sheet metal enclosure Single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including one 20 Amp SPN MCB 'C' curve complete all as specified. Make :- Indo Asian Cat Part No 810394 or equivalent of makes mentioned in list of makes here-in-after .

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/equipment and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 15 mm bore upto 7.50 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles/wall with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 shall be provided on CI frame etc complete all as specified & as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing.
