Supplying M.S. Bed of size 1910(L) x 920(B) x 490(H) mm which must be made in 3 sections i.e Head frame, Foot frame and Main bed frame. 1. Head & Foot frames must be identical in size and should be made with M.S. box pipe 40x40x1.6 mm(SHS) in U-shaped frame with dimensions as 490(H)x920(W)x490(H) mm also having box pipe 50x25x1.6 mm(RHS) in horizontal position between vertical pipes.. 2. Main bed frame shall be having dimensions as 1910(L)x920(W)mm in which both(left & right) sides must be made with box pipe 50x25x1.6 mm(RHS). Also, 5 Nos. Inner supports in horizontal section must be provided for resting of bed panel with M.S. box pipe 25x25x1.6 mm (SHS) among which 1 No. each at head & foot sides and 3 Nos. must be provided in center of main bed frame for resting of plywood. 3. All the three sections must be assembled/ fastened among which M.S. box pipe 50x25x1.6 mm(RHS) of main bed frame must be welded with M.S. Flat 25x5mm (having length 100mm and holes of 10mm dia at both ends) and fastened through 8 Nos. Nut bolts(LNK CSK) of size 3/8" x 1" with the vertical M.S. box pipe 40x40x1.6 mm(SHS) in U-shaped frame at both sides of both head & foot frames. 4. All metal frame should be welded smoothly, made according to the safety standards and must be having epoxy polyster powder coating of 50-60 micron. Base panel of bed must be made with Fire Retardant Plywood IS: 5509:2000 of 12mm thickness. All 4 Nos. legs in base frame must be locked with PP bush (Heavy duty) used for floor resting/ protection etc. as per the drawing and specifications. OVERALL SIZE: 1910(L)x920(B)x490(H)mm BED STEAD HEIGHT : 385 mm. (The rates qouted should be inclusive of all the taxes and nothing extra shall be paid on this account)
