Procurement of Non-RC Spares for Nuovo Pignone Make Reciprocating Compressors

If the bidder is authorized distributor (Indian/Foreign) of OEM (foreign origin) for supply to India/ ONGC then bidder to provide the details of price being charged by foreign manufacturer either on Ex-works or FOB or CFR basis, as the case may be, in its bid.

i) Prices quoted by bidder shall be firm during execution of the contract / order and not subject to variation on any account. ii) If different unit ex-works prices/packing and forwarding charges are quoted by bidder for multiple items having same manufacturer part no and item description , then the lowest unit ex-works price/packing and forwarding charges quoted will be considered for evaluation and placement of order. iii) Interchangeability certificate shall be provided by bidder wherever there is change in part numbers iv) Bidder to quote merit rate of GST applicbale as on bid submission date. However, Concessional rate of GST shall be payable by ONGC against submission of EC. In case EC is not provided by ONGC then the merit rate of GST will be applicable.
