Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m As Per Specification No.301(3.60)

Construction of embankment with available from excavation with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. As Per Specification No. 305(3.17)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.. Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not less than 150 kg per cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing. Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing (M-35 Grade) As per TS Clause-602

Laying and spreading soil in the shoulder on a prepared surface, pulverising, mixing the spread soil in place with Soil Stabilizer with 2 per cent slaked lime using Binder spreader Machine, having minimum content of 70 per cent of CaO, grading with motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to the desired density to form a layer of improved sub grade As per Clause 402(i) 4.2 B

Providing and inserting 12mm dia tie rod with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per technical specifications including subsequent cutting / removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with cemcent/epoxy

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. As per TS Clause-304(9.1(B))

Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC : 67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminum sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75 x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawings. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime color and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular glass and fungus resistance, 3 years of outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from international/Government laboratory/Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate in obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product bt the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively a certificate conforming to ASTM specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation the Employer/Client, if so desires could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012. Legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7.
