Cleaning/ Desludging of Under Ground sewage disposal Sump internally as well as externally of capacity upto 10000 gallons getting out sludge through sucking super soccer machine/ manualy with opening of choked/jammed suction/delivery all lines of sewage pump in sump well ( size upto 10 mtr dia and 10 mtr depth max) fitted with submersible sewage pumpset of capacity upto 5 HP including removing deposit, sand from inside the sump by rodding , air presure or other mechanical means , scrubbing and washing side walls and bottom with bleaching powder solution and making surface free from any fungus/ algae/ vegetation, filling of cavities inside and outside of tank with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with quick settling chemical and applying one coat of white wash inside including top side by rodding. Any other work reqd for cleaning includes elctrician work, plumbing works or mechanical means reqd if any is deemed to be included in quoated rate complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Under Ground Sump include sewage disposal sumps of Punjab Niwas, OGB-32, Himachal Niwas and Kandhar line. (ii) All type of T&P including portable non-clog pump / super soccer machine for pumping out residual water before cleaning and Labour etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Contractor will dispose off the Sludge/ Waste material to a distance exceeding 1.5km but n. exc .2km outside Defence land at isolated place as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning / Desludging of existing equalization tank of sewage treatment plant Himachal Niwas 650 KLD capacity and getting out sludge through sucking super soccer machine and depositing to a distance exceeding 1.5km but n. exc. 2km outside Defence land at isolated place complete . Note- (i) Pumping out sludge water from equaliser tank by using Diesel engine operated pump and necessary diesel is to be arranged by Contractor and rate for that included in quoted rate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No- 2.00 but sewage treatment plant Kandhar line 550 KLD capacity.

Cleaning / Desludging of existing MBBR tank of sewage treatment plant Himachal Niwas 650KLD capacity and getting out sludge through sucking super soccer machine and depositing to a distance exceeding 1.5km but n. exc. 2 km outside Defence land at isolated place.Straining PVC media and cleaning with fresh clean water and reuse for proper functioning complete . Note- (i) Pumping out sludge water from equaliser tank by using Diesel engine operated pump and necessary diesel is to be arranged by Contractor and rate for that included in quoted rate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 4 but sewage treatment plant Kandhar Line 550 KLD capacity.

Straining PVC media and cleaning with clean water and reuse for proper functioning complete . Taking out of non clog sewage submersible motor pump set from equalisation tank of capacity 12.5 HP ,3 phase ,415 Volts by disconnecting all electrical & mechanical connection, dismantling the motor cutting out the burnt winding and cleaning the slots with non greasy materials and rewinding with PVC insulated copper wire (Gauge of copper is to match the existing size) with insulating material, varnishing drying complete reassembling the motor,making all electrical & mecahincal connection,lowering of the motor and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note-All necessary arrangement of tools,plant, equipments and transportation included in the quoted rate.

All as per item No. 10.00 but for non clog sewage pump unit 5 HP capacity

Taking out/ Dismantling non clog sewage submersible motor pump unit from equalisation tank of capacity 12.5 HP capacity and overhauling of pump , oiling & greasing including replacement of worn out nut bolt & washer , grinding & pollishing if required complete as directed by Engr-in-charge Note: Spare parts will be measured and paid sepertately

Disconnecting electrically incomming and outgoing LT UG cable of LT panel of any size and replace burn/unsv suitable size of aluminium bus bar, Welding work for hinches and doors, fixing the locking arrangement including scraping outdoor/indoor side of LT Panel and one coat of redoxide, two coat of synthetic enamelled seimens gray spray of outdoor/Indoor side and reconnecting LT UG cable with fixing aluminium lugs by using crimping tool, nut, bolt washer etc and all necesary work required for smooth functioning of LT panel all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

[Note: All T&P and labour charges including weldind work for working on STP deemed to be included in the quoted rate]

M&L in repair for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on MS,CI pipes, sluice valves,railings,staircase as per existing colour of both STPs and sewage disposal plants complete and applying distemper on walls of equalisation tank, MBBR tank,flocculation chamber, tube settler chamber,chlorine dosing chamber,sludge drying bed and under ground sump complete after preparing of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. [Note: - (i) Different colours as per existing shall be applied as per standard colour code and cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.]

M&L for cleaning the STP Himachal Niwas & Kandhar line area inside the boundary by cutting grasses/tree branches/vegetation/thorny bushes and removal of waste materials away from boundry and for further maintaing the area the following Items will be provided to the operartor of STP. Note:-(i) TALWAR for cutting the grass two nos at each STP (ii) Axe & Broom stick with wooden opeating handle one no for each STP all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
