CONSULTANCY FOR DESIGNING OF ON GRID TYPE GROUND MOUNTED SOLAR PHOTO VOLTAIC SYSTEM COMPLETE ALONG WITH ESTIMATES AT CHUMATHANG LADAKH

Consultancy for designing of ON-Grid type Ground mounted Solar Photo Voltaic System complete along with the estimates as per the following parametes :-

(A) The Design conditions will be considered as : (i) 800 KW Capacity ON-Grid type Solar Photo Voltaic System. (ii) Temperature range -40 °C to 25 °C. (iii) MSL - 14000 feet

(B) Preparation of the Detailed Project Report for onward submission to Authorities for approval of the project. Consultant will provide a preliminary feasibility report to the client based on the inputs collected during the site survey demonstrating the technical and financial considerations for the particular project for its review.

DPR shall be in follwing 04 parts:-

1. Feasibility analysis report:- It shall consist the following:- (i) Requirement Assesment:- (ii) Site overview : General assesment of site for massive undulation, Area drainage, any site hinderance etc. (iii) Type of Installation and Technology requirement: It shall provide the Technically and financially viable solution as per the site conditions. (iv) Load Profile details (v) Interconnection/ Synchronization of solar power plant with the existing distribution network will comprised of DG set (SLD) etc.

3. Execution Support :- (i) Consultant will provide all the necessary Technical details for the Execution Phase until the handover process. Any query on Technical Aspects, Bill of Quantity, Specification/availability/Makes of items or details required for the smooth execution of the work will be answered by the consultant. Note : For the execution support as said above a caution money of 10% will be kept till the completion of the Main Project.

4. Support during Commissioning, Testing and Handingover of the Project :- Post execution during commissioning & Testing, the Contractor transfers the ownership and major responsibilities of the plant to the deptt. Consultant will ensure that the plant provides optimum result for its lifetime.

Consultant will provide the list of necessary documents / details to be submitted by the contractor like :- • Mechanical, practical, fatal completion and performance guarantees tests (notifications, approvals, certificates, rejection, punch lists); • Plant start-up documentation including equipment warranties and contractor’s performance warranties.

5. O&M Contract Implementation Support :- The consultant will provide all the necessary details required for the smooth O&M of the plant throuhout its useful life including the following: • Comprehensive scope of work (including No & Qualification of Manpower required, details of T&P required, Details of consummable required etc) • Draft O&M Tender Documents • Details of O&M procedures;

Note:- The reports, DPR/ BOQ and Drawing submitted by consultant in electronic and hard copies formed duly vetted by him through SECI/IIT's.All the documents will be submitted in 05 sets of hard copy and 02 sets of soft copies in separate CDs.
