Charges for Superficial cleaning of Main turbine and its auxiliaries, day to day minor repairing and preventive maintenance works including of Central Lub oil purification system, MAW & MAL valves, CRH and Extraction NRVs, Vacuum Breaker system and OVEF, connected lines, etc., Free from oil, dust, etc., and attending minor oil leaks, drawal/devolution of oil barrels from stores to MOT for topping up of oil, shaft lift checking and hand barring operation to bring the set on turning gear and checking N2 in Accumulators of control Fluid system, HP BP, LP BP & Control Fluid system etc.,

Charges for Cleaning of MOT & Other Lub. Oil Duplex filters.

Charges for Cleaning and replacement of Regeneration filters of Control Fluid and other oil systems.

Charges for Cleaning of MOT and Other system Lub. oil Centrifuges.

Charges for Insepction and Cleaning of Turbine Pilot valves.

Charges for one number welding joint of 80 mm length ( 1" dia) : This work involves, cutting, Grinding, weld fit up, welding and chipping etc.,

Charges for General cleaning and Routine Maintenance work of MDBFP,TDBFP A & B and its auxiliaries, CEP, Gland Steam condenser, Drain cooler, LP Heaters-5 nos, HP Heaters-4 set, LPD Flash tank, HPD Flash tank, Feed water storage tank, Feed water line, Condensate line, Drip line including T&P’s hire and consumable charges.

Charges for Periodical cleaning of BP, BFP, CEP. Drip Pump, DMCW pumps Suction strainers.

Charges for Renewal of Gaskets and arresting of leaks in CEP Discharge line flange, Booster Pump suction and discharge line flange.

Charges for Renewal of gaskets and arresting of leaks in BFP SH Spray line flange, RH spray line flange and balancing leak off line flange.

Charges for Replacing of rupture diaphragm in LPT 1 & 2.

Charges for cleaning of BFP and BP DE & NDE Mechanical Seal Coolers.

Charges for cleaning of BFP and BP DE & NDE Mechanical Seal Cooling water line Magnetic filters.

Charges for Maintenance of Lube oil System, Jack oil system and Governing oil system of TDBFP A & B, Lube oil system of MDBFP on round the clock

Charges for attending routine maintenance works and breakdown maintenance works in Valves and Pipe lines in Condenser, TG & SG DMCW pumps, COLTCS Pumps, ammonia dosing pumps & Hydrazine dosing pumps and dewatering pumps, arresting of leaks in condenser water boxes and CW inlet & outlet pipe lines and ACW sea water pipe lines pertaing to BTG scope by temporary method of wooden plugging and attending minor works in hoists, opening and closing of man hole doors in condenser as when as required, opening and closing of man hole doors in hot well as when as required, cleaning works in and around condenser area pipe lines & valves, hotwell, debris filter system, ACW pipe lines as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Charges for strengthening in condenser water box front and rear areas, CW inlet and outlet pipelines pertaining to BTG area and ACW lines, SG/TG DMCW pipelines, PHE pipelines by patch welding using MS plates in varoius sizes and welding in weaken portions. Including drawal of materials from stores, cutting the plates to required sizes, edge preparation , positioning and welding as per direction of Engineer-in charge including consumables and T & p's

Charges for Cleaning works of all equipment area for instrument air compressor, service air compressor, Dryers, Receiver tanks at the compressor house and its connected pipe lines and valves in compressor house area.

Charges for General cleaning of Condensate Polishing Unit vessels, valves, pipe lines, greasing the gear boxes of assorted sizes of Hand operated valves, assisting the operations such as venting of vessels, charging of vessels, Air scrubbing the resin with air blower, transferring of exhausted resin, re-transferring the regenerated resin to vessel, manhole door opening & closing In TG Building

Charges for general clearing of Chemical unloading Transfer system, Condensate Regeneration unit equipments, ARU, IRU, CRU, Acid and Alkali measuring tanks, Hot water tank, Loading vessels, Valves, pipe lines, assorted sizes of Hand operated valves, assisting the operations such as venting of vessels, charging of vessels, Air scrubbing the resin with air blower, transferring of exhausted resin, re-transferring the regenerated resin to vessel, dismantling and assembling of bottom & side manhole doors including the cost of consumables, T&P's and hire charges etc.,

Charges for Attending any of the following routine maintenance works and minor repair works in Turbine vacuum pumps and its auxiliaries such as applying grease for vacuum pump driven end and non driven end bearings, renewal of damaged flange gaskets connected with vacuum pumps, arresting of minor water leakage from vacuum pump casing, regular inspection of vacuum pumps driven end & non driven end mechanical seal, fasteners and tightening the same, dismantling and reassembling of isolation solenoid valves, draining of accumulated water from the pump beds, attending minor works in sealing water recirculation system in shift system.

Charges for Attending any / all of the following routine maintenance works and minor repair works in ACW lines, TG & SG DMCW Pumps,Dozing Pumps and its auxiliaries such as applying grease for bearings, top up the oil, renewal of damaged flange gaskets connected with the pumps, arresting of minor water leakage, attending the gland leaks, renewal & tightening of gland rope, regular inspection of all the pumps driven end & non driven end mechanical seal, renewing the gland rope cooling hose, removing the choking the gland leak drain pipe, daily inspection & renewal of damaged coupling bolts, replacing the wornout fasteners, draining of accumulated water from the pump beds, attending minor works in the connected pipelines as per site condition. (In case of any minor defects in the above schedule arrise in hard hours irrespective of time the contract to engage the person to attend the work immediatel.

Charges for Dismantling of TG DMCW Pump, cleaning of all internal parts, inspection, renewal of worn out spares if necessary, checking of shaft trueness, refixing of all internal parts, checking of alignment, coupling of pump with motor, commissioning including all consumables

Dismantling of SG DMCW Pump, cleaning of all internal parts, inspection, renewal of worn out spares if necessary, checking of shaft trueness, refixing of all internal parts, checking of alignment, coupling of pump with motor, commissioning including all consumables.

Charges for Dismantling of Dozing pump, cleaning, inspection, replacement of worn out spares if necessary, assembling, alignment and commissioning the pump including consumables and T&P with required fasteners.

Charges for Dismantling of COLTCS Ball Recirculation pump, cleaning, inspection, replacement of worn out spares if necessary, assembling, alignment and commissioning the pump including consumables and T&P with required fasteners.

Charges for Complete cleaning of condenser Debris filte.

Charges for Complete cleaning of ACW Self cleaning strainer

Charges for Operation and Routine maintenance of Centrifugal oil purification system- ( MOT, TDBFP A & B, MDBFP, Portable oil filtering system and Central lub oil purification system)

Labour charges to carryout the oil filteration of LANXESS -TURBO FLUID 46 B-FRF oil for Control fluid Governing system and LP Bypass system. The work involves Operation of the pump, Routine cleaning of centrifugal oil purification system and its pipelines, Cleaning of suction line filters, Removing dirt from oil seperation bowl, connecting inlet lines to filter and discharge lines to lub oil tank, checking oil flange joints, Out let lines, air lines and attending oil leak if any notices in the oil purification system

Charges for dismantling of Dryers's Pre filter, After filter and cleaning, inspection, renewal and bring back the system into service.

Charges for Upkeeping, Cleaning and attending minor repairs of 5/10T capacity EOT crane inside TG, PAC.
