SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - I (Water Supply Scheme : Bore Well & Connected works)

M/L for carrying out Geo physical survey for ground water exploration by electrical resistively technique at different location spread at suitable intervals to find out delineation of litho logical feature of area thickness of layers and most favorable site for ground water strata based on geological parameters and disposition of sub surface formation aquifer upto depth of 200 mtrs and submitted a detailed report in this regard.

Transportation of rig and other equipment erecting at site preparation of mud pit and water supply arrangement of starting the work as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M/L for trial bore of pilot holes of 200mm dia at any kind of soil incl hard stone/boulder by direct rotary rig machine incl hard rock keeping soil samples at every 3.00 mtr or wherever there is a change upto the required depth till suitable water bearing strata is obtained from ground level to 60 mtr

M/L for trial bore of pilot holes of 200mm dia at any kind of soil incl hard stone/boulder by direct rotary rig machine incl hard rock keeping soil samples at every 3.00 mtr or wherever there is a change upto the required depth till suitable water bearing strata is obtained from 60 mtr to not exc 120 mtr

M/L for trial bore of pilot holes of 200mm dia at any kind of soil incl hard stone/boulder by direct rotary rig machine incl hard rock keeping soil samples at every 3.00 mtr or wherever there is a change upto the required depth till suitable water bearing strata is obtained from 120 mtr to not exc 200 mtr

M/L for repairing the pilot hole 200mm dia to an enlarged bore hole upto 350mm dia by using direct rotary circulation rig from ground level to 60 mtr.

M/L for repairing the pilot hole 200mm dia to an enlarged bore hole upto 350mm dia by using direct rotary circulation rig from 60 mtr to not exc 120 mtr

M/L for repairing the pilot hole 200mm dia to an enlarged bore hole upto 350mm dia by using direct rotary circulation rig from 120 mtr to not exc 200 mtr

Supply assembling and lowering in position with centering guide in the bore hole liner assembly of 150mm dia MS black ERW pipe having threads at the ends of minimum length 75mm (08 thread to and inch) socket of 150 mm length thread to match the pipe 150 mm length thread with wall thickness not less than 6mm all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply assembling and lowering in position with centering guide in the bore hole liner assembly of 150mm dia MS black ERW slotted pipe having threads at the ends of minimum length 75mm (08 thread to and inch) socket of 150 mm length thread to match the pipe 150 mm length thread with wall thickness not less than 6mm all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 150 mm dia MS bail plug with entered anti corrosive epoxy paint

Supply and fixing of 150 mm dia MS housing clamp incl anti corrosive paint

Supply and fixing of MS well cap for 150 mm made of steel plate etc incl att complete

Supply and stacking pea size round washed gravel of 3 mm to 4 mm dia size and packing in angular space between the pipe assemble and bore hold as per direction of Engr-in-Charge

Washing and developing tube well by pumping with air compressor by vertical turbine pump for a minimum period of 03 days (8 hrs per day) as required water in sand and mud free with necessary arrangement for testing the yield with (V) notches incl hire labour and fuel charges for all water bactoricalozically and chemically etc all as direct by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and anchoring of steel wire of 3 mm dia having PVC sleeve above the rope with submersible pump and fastening he same securely above the ground level near the bore well etc in all complete as per directed by Engr-in Charge.

M/L of submersible pump set lifting stand including to 100mm dia GI post ht upto 4 mtr and one 80mm dia GI pipe 2 mtr length supplying and fixing of 2 Ton chain pully suitable for 7.5 HP submersible pump set, civil foundation incl all connected arrangement as reqd for lowering/ taking up of above pump set in all as per directed engineer in charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set capacity 7.5 HP,AC 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz 2880 RPM suitable for 200 mm dia borewell incl lifting and lowering and 6 Sqmm 3 phase PVC submersible cable of pump set etc in all complete as per directed by Engr-in-Charge (make KSB/Clama/ CRI/Kirloskar) and incl starter and outdoor fitting arrangement.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes of 20 mm nominal dia, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes of 25 mm nominal dia, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes of 65 mm nominal dia, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply & fixing direct on line starter (DOL) MK-I for 1.5 Hp capacity submersible pump set complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply & fixing direct on line starter (DOL) MK-I for 5 Hp capacity submersible pump set complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply & fixing direct on line starter (DOL) MK-I for 7.5 Hp capacity submersible pump set complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
