Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but including backing), removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for joint free non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) as in floors etc., complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Johnson (Daisy SF/Gloria SF) or equivalent from Kajaria/Somany as approved by GE.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450x350x7mm/ 350x250x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) as in backing coat, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite stone (any type) (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite including cutting etc. and screed bed with CM (1:4) 20 mm thick for laying floor tiles, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing debris off the premises, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type 1:4:8, D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggreate) 75 mm thick as in sub -floors, sub- bases, floors and pavings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sand filling under floors in foundation and for laying Interlocking paver blocks including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
