Hiring of Tipper (5.5cum/10t) /trip minimum capcity on hour basis . All P.O.L charges, repair and maintenance , road tax and other incidental charges during the course of execution of work . Any Loss to the public/private property or any accident happened during the course of hiring period / excavation shall be fully responsibility of contractor/owner which shall have to be fully compensated by him in all cases. The cost of fuel oil lubricants and wages of operting staff any repair during opertion will be carried out by the contractor /owner on his risk and cost of the shiftinf of machinery from one place to other at required location actual working hours will be accounted for the payment. The repair and spare, watch and ward of machinery will be borne by the Contractor /owner. The daily log book will be maintained at site by duly verified by the Enigineer-in-charge and all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
