Amount

(A) CIVIL PART Survey

Carrying out block contour survey of the commanded area covering stream, dong, channel, road etc. and the whole area considering square block system and spot system and spot levels are to be within 30 M x 30 M for preparation of contour including clearing light jungles, chaining, pegging holding staff, umbrella and compass lining etc. where required, complete as directed.

Supplying sal wooden peg of different sizes including pointing one end etc. complete as directed.

Supplying sal wooden hammer of of size 15 cm x 10 cm with 45 cm long & 5 cm wooden handle etc. complete as directed.

Approach Road

Earthwork in filling in Marginal bund / Guide bank / Afflux bund / Canal embankment etc. to the design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layer not exceeding 15cm thick including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat at embankment and borrow pit area, breaking clods not more than 10mm cube, ramming, watering, dressing and roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. Paying compensation of earth borrowed from private or forest land if any, lead upto 30 M and lift upto 1.5 M complete as directed. A) Ordinary soil

Collection and supply of sand and gravel (40% sand and 60% gravel) of size 13mm to 38mm from approved quarry including loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks at work site up to a height of 1.00m including payment of forest royality etc.

Labour charges for spreading hard river shingles / sand gravels to required thickness over approach subway etc. including ramming, dressing the seat before laying the materials lead upto 30.00 M and lift 1.50 M. Complete as directed.

Control Room

Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches including filling up sides of trenches and removal of spoils after completion of foundation , dressing, ramming, shoring etc. complete including bailing out water where necessary in ordinary soil.

CC Work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation /abutment/ pier/wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 to 38 mm including curing with necessary shuttering , Scafolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately).

Brick work in cement mortar with 1st class brick as directde in foundation, retaining walls, plinth & steps including recking out joints & curing (a) In proportion 1:4

Providing 2 cm thick damp proof Course (D.P.C.) with cement motor in prop 1:2 with approved damp proofing compound. Below wall

Centering and shuttering including propping etc where necessary and removal of forms after completion of CC and RCC works as directed complete. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered). (C) Shuttering (Column)

RCC work in slab, abutment cap and above abutment, pier cap, pedestal, dirt wall etc. in proportion 1:2:4 with hard broken stone aggregate of size 6 mm to 20 mm with proper reinforcement as per design including curing etc. with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

125 mm thick 1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar in prop 1:4 including racking out joints curing etc. complete as directed. (ii) for 125 mm thick

12 mm cement plastering including clearing surface and curing complete as directed. b) In cement mortar 1:4

Providing fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlins fabricated using MS circular hollow section conforming to relevant I.S. code, as per approved design and drawings including providing M.S. cleats, base plates, bolts and nuts and one coat of red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved enamel paints complete including fitting necessary cleats etc. for fixing ceiling joists as per design and drawing as directed. (b) Using other ISI marked approved circular hollow section

Providing galvanized C.I. sheet roofing including supplying fitting and fixing necessary galved, screws / iron "J" hooks bolts and nuts and washers etc. complete as directed including cost of roof truss (measurement on net roof area) 0.63 mm thickness (24 B.W.G).

Providing 0.63 mm thick glaved ridging including suplying and fixing with necessary glaved. Screw washer etc. (23 cm lapping).

Providing, fitting and fixing steel windows/ ventilators (openable) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevant I.S. Code-1038 joints mitred and welded with 15mmx3mmx100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including providing and fixing of projecting hinges (not more than 65mm and not less than 15mm wide) bolting device and steel handles, peg stays of 300mm long etc. complete as per drawing including applying a priming coat of red-lead paint.

Distempering two coats including painting two coats to batten with approved paint complete as directed.

Soling in foundation in floor at all level septic tank etc. including filling interstices ramming etc. complete as directed and as specified thickness . (i) 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Plain cement concrete floor base of thickness 63 mm thick in prop 1:3:6 with coarse aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing etc. complete as specified.

65 mm thick traced flooring with cement concrete in prop 1:2:4 with broken stone agg. of size 6 mm to 20 mm over one 1st class brick flat soling including sand packing of the voids in between the bricks, watering, ramming properly where necessary etc. complete and 12 mm thick cement plastering. Finishing on top trowelling altering curing complete as directed. (Brick soling to be paid seperately). (Floor, Varanda)

PVC Distr.

Earthwork in excavation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing of columns, steps and septic tank including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of works, breaking clods in return filling, d ressing, ramming, watering etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lift upto 2 metre as directed and specified in following classification of soils, including bailing out of water where necessary upto depth below the existing ground level as mentioned in the approved drawing and complete as directed and specified.

Goat proof Boundary Fencing

Earthwork in excavation in foundation of canal structures in all types of soils as per design and drawing including dressing the foundation, shoring etc. removing the surplus spoils by head load to safe distance from the working place and depositing the required spoils in uniform layers, dressing, watering, breaking clods to not more than 10 mm cube with compensation, complete as directed at site. (Including bailing out stagnant rain water where necessary). In all types of soils (except soil mixed with gravel and boulders) (i) For normal lead of 30 M and lift of 1.50 M

Supplying, fitting and fixing goat proof wire fencing 1070mm high with horizontal wire spacing at 130 mm, 130mm, 150mm, 150mm, 180mm and 180mm from bottom onwards and vertical wires at 100mm apart top and bottom wires should be of 8 S.W G. and intermediate and vertical wire should be of 10S.W.G.with angle iron posts specified in item no 17.7 above including supplying, fitting and fixing with necessary straining eye bolts and staples etc. and painting one coat to all iron posts etc. with anti-corrosive black paint etc. complete as directed and specified(intermediate and straining post should be placed not more than 4000mm and not less than 3000 mm apart and all posts embedded in C.C. pillars of size 300mm x 300mm x 600mm in prop 1:3:6).

Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 40mm x 40mm x 6mm M.S. angle and with M.S. flat of 40mm x 6mm size as per approved design.Necessary locking arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2nos.( minimum) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embedded in C.C brick pillers as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified.(Separate payment will be made for posts).

Sign Board

Supply of sign board made of 1.60mm thick MS iron sheet fitted with steel frame of size 1.05 m x 0.75m fixed with 2 Nos. 50mm dia GI (medium) pipes 2.10m above and 0.60m below ground fitted with C.C. work in proportion 1:3:6 and size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.60m below ground including painting with approved paint including writing letters complete as directed.

(B) MECHANICHAL PART

Movement of drilling Rig, Tools & Plants, Accessories including drill pipes, casing pipes etc. to drilling site and back.

Boring of DTW of bore hole up to 450mm dia and up to a depth of 70 M or up to required depth by RC/DR Drilling Rig including supply and transportation of all required tools & Plants, materials & labour to site to perform the job in complete as directed in alluvium areas ( means areas where the strata comprises of loose, unconsiolidated materials like clays, silts, sands gravels, pebbles, cobbles and boulders) as per IS:2800 (part-1) of 1991. ( soil sample must be collected & keep properly at every 3.00 M interval of depth in boring. The job also include movement of rig by making temporary approach road etc. to the field up to distance of 1000M)

Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 200mm PVC housing pipe / blind pipe of wall thickness of 10.0 mm to 11.2 mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap, sockets, reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed. ( Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation)

Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 150mm PVC housing pipe / blind pipe of wall thickness of 6.5 mm to 8.5 mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap, sockets, reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed. Shrouding the DTW assembly by river pea gravel of size 4 mm to 8 mm free from sand / dust and any other foreign materials after screening / stacking at site including supply, transportation, labour etc. complete as directed.

Developing the tube well assembly by Air-Compressor of capacity 8-12 kg/cm2 and CFM=450 M3/min so as to get sand free discharge of water with supply of all required materials at site complete as directed including furnishing of litho-log / draw down data etc. as per IS : 11185 of 1999. ( For new DTW minimum 72 hours development is compulsory. Additional pea gravel required if any, during development would be extra ) The following data should be reflected in the report of development 1. Static water level 2. Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF sluice valve inside screw, non raising, vertical spindle type with hand wheel operation need of water purpose. The rotation of closing should be counter clock wise. The holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10 , Part-I, Table-D. All materials construction and components should strickly conform to IS : 14846-2000 and having marked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe joining materials and painting in complete as directed. (i) 150mm dia

Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF Reflex valve, swing check type with bypass arrangement, horizontal operating. The holes of the flange to be as per BSS No. 10, Part-I, Table-D and the material, construction and all components should strictly conform to IS : 5312 (Part-I)-2004 and having arked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe jointing set and painting in complete as directed. (i) 150mm dia

Supply, fitting-fixing of delivery pipes of 150 mm dia GI / fabricated GI pipes (HD of repute brand with ISI marked) with flange at both end / wherever required with pipe jointing sets, including painting in complete as per drawing / specification including temporary pipe support as required and as directed.

Ftting-fixing of MS / GI bend of 150mm dia x 450 / 900 / 1200 with GI / fabricated GI pipes with flange at both end and pipe jointing sets, including painting as per drawing / specification as directed.

Supply, fitting-fixing of surge tank of size 900m dia x 1250mm long made of 4mm MS plate with raiser assembly of size 75mm dia x 6.0m long and S-band of size 200mm x 1600mm long made of 4mm MS plate including painting the above with one coat of synthetic enamel primer fllowed by 2 (two) coats of successive synthetic enamel/ bituminous black paint and made provision for mounting the surge tank on a specified foundation by nuts & bolts of suitable size as per drawing & specification as directed.

Supply, instllation, Testing and commissioning of electric motor driven submersible pumpset (15 HP/ 2900 rpm) and assembly of KSB/ KK/ CALAMA/ LUBI make as approved by DPC, Irrigation suitable for discharge capacity of 0.0425 cumec at 20 mtr. Head conforming to IS: 8034/2002 including supply of all materials required for the work like column pipe of required diameter up to 20.00 M length (As per IS: 1239 part- II) the column pipe of 20 mtr (approx.) length should consist 6 nos. of 3.0 M length and 1 no. of 2.0 M length. Each column pipe should have both end threaded and one end socketed. Flat motor cable up to 50 Mtr, 2 (two) pairs of assembly support MS clamp of size 150 mm, 10 nos. flat cable clamp, 1 no. GI delivery bend of size 150 mm x 900 mm, MS well cap of size 316 mm x 100 mm with provision to allow column pipe at center, starter stand made of MS angle ISA 5050, etc. in complete as directed. Apart from socketing the column pipes should be joined by making MS angle joint for 150 mm dia column pipes with 3 (three) pairs of clamp made of MS angle of size ISA 5050 to be welded on column pipe including supply of 3 nos. of nuts and bolts (HT) of size 16 mm dia x 250 mm L at size as directed. The efficiency of the scheme should not be below 75% of the rated duty point.

( C ) SOLAR PART

Installation of 8.0 KW of Grid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant for energizing the 7.5 HP submersible pump set.
