Supply and fixing of ORG water softener 200 R (63604) BFT product code 3712 maximum flow rate 2500 - 3500 LPH working pressure 1.5- 4 Kg to the water delivery line from syntex tank. Necessary 0.5 HP motor for frequent flow of water to softener. The rate including cost of water softener, 0.5 HP motor with electrical, plumbing materials, conveyance and fixing charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and fixing of Jumbo spun 0.5 Micron filter the rate including cost of material, conveyance and labour charges for fixing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and fixing od Sand Activated carbon filter along with top mount control valve (SP071621) the main use of activated carbon filters are teritary treated water for removing of clor and odour with high flow rates, the rate including cost of sand activated carbon filter, top ,mount control valve (SP071621), conveyence charges and labour charges, plumber charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Labour charges for Monthly maintenance of the VESSEL FRP 1665 (T) TATA Steel make sand filter with Multi Port Valve 40 NB TMS - IE ORG water softener 200 R (63604) BFT product code 3712, Jumbo spun 0.5 micron and regenerator ( 3 Nos x 10 kg = 30 kg of raw salt is required for regenerate the softener ) for twice in month 15 days etc., complete the rate including cost of required materials and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, supplying and laying factory-made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks of 60 mm thickness and M-35 grade, with approved colour, design and pattern, of required strength, thickness, size and shape, manufactured by table vibratory method using PU moulds; laid in the required colour and pattern over a 50 mm thick compacted sand bed, including compacting and proper embedding of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer using a plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand, cutting the paver blocks to the required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping excess sand, including all materials, labour, tools and plants, conveyance, etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50 m in width, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift up to 1.50 m, including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift of 1.50 m; cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary, etc., complete, complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and delivery of 110 mm dia HDPE PE100 (PN 6) pipe as per IS 4984:2016 at site of work, including loading, unloading, transportation, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Lowering of 110 mm HDPE pipe and specials into trench and laying to proper grade and alignment, including all labour, tools and plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Jointing 110 mm dia HDPE pipes and specials by butt fusion welding / electrofusion welding using fusion equipment as per ISO 21307:2011 and as per IS 7634 (Part 2):2012, including cost of hire charges for butt fusion equipment, power supply arrangements, all labour, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
