Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grade, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met within the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailing out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and disposal of all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping side including its stacking leveling dressing including all leads and lifts by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HPPWD specification. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation, footing, basis of columns etcetra and mass concrete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete M-20 (M twenty) design mix to obtain the minimum characteristics compressive strength of 20 mpa with cement content not less than 330 Kg. (Three hundred thirty Kilograme) per cubic metre and using super plasticisers if necerry curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation, footing, basis of columns and the like and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, bending, binding and placing in position complete with cost of binding wire as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed / brought to courses ) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded stone agreegate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Stone filling behind retaining wall with approved quality of boulder stone as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Second class brick work using common brunt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure above plinth level upto floor all levels in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) curing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etcetera complete 200 X 10 mm (two hundred into ten millimetre) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etcetera complete 125 mm (one hundred twenty five millimetre) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing & Fixing anodized aluminium work in shutter of door, windows & Ventilator fixed partition with 16 gauge thick sheet of aluminium 63 x 38 mm section, half panel of 5 mm balelite sheet and 6mm thick plain glass complete air tight by providing neorpean gasket or silicon layer as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing aluminium anodised powder coated pattern to existing window/ventilatior with 80mmx80mm (eighty into eighty millimetre) panels holes with 25x8mm ( twenty five into eight millimetre) thick aluminium flat in windows and ventilators including fixing with aluminium screws or bolts and nuts complete in alluminium channels base frames (Aluminium channels base frames to be measured and paid for separately) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying 40 mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron (twenty micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 microns (five micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating of TATA / SAIL/ RELIANCE/ ZINDAL STEEL including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet washers complete with all accesories as required including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (sixty centimetre) overall 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron (twenty micron) over 5 microns (five microns) primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 microns (five microns) over 5 microns (five microns) primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet washers complete with all accesories as required as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing M.S. B.P. sheet 1.66mm (one point six six millimetre) any thickness in eaves board / facia / soffits / ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80 mm X 1.25mm ( Eighty into one point two five millimetre) M.S laths interlocked together through their entire length and joined together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft,with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push pull operation complete but excluding the cost of the top cover and spring.

Providing and fixing top cover for rolling shutters complete with all accesories as required including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals.

Rolling shutters operated by bevel gear box and crank handle exceeding 12.0 sqm (twelve square metre) and upto 25.0 sqm ( twenty five square metre) in area(average say 18.5 sq.m). complete with all accesories as required including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals.

Painting two or more coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with enamled paint other than whiteas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stoping with enamel paint other than whiteas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

15mm (fifteen millimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick / concrete / stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all levels including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Finishing walls with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equivalent on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Wall painting (two or more coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of Asian / Narolac approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including t horoughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) thick (unconsolidated) bed of dry brick / stone agreegate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying 60 mm ( sixty millimetre) thick heavy duty precast cement conrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M- 50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
