Supply & fixing of Glass make of St.Gobain or approved equivalent of 12mm thickness. All the glass edges to be machine grinded and edge polished. Rate inclusive of all materials, labour, lead and lift, transports, insurance, wastage, accessories, staging, scaffolding, power, water and overheads etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Automatic Sliding Door Driver / Mechanism/Operator

Supply and installation of Automatic Sliding door operator ,4150mm opearator suitable for glass thickness 8-12 mm and double Sliding of 2x1000mm panel size and compliant with European standards and produced according to the guidelines for power-operated windows, doors and gates, BGR 232, the UVV and the VDE regulations. TÜV design tested for 1 Million Cycle of opeartion in accordance with low voltage guidelines of IEC /EN 60335-2-103 and fulfils EN 16005 and DIN 18650-1 / DIN 18650-2 standards. The Profile Finish should be Silver Anodized EVI finish. Automatic doors Operators should be with very sturdy design , Self balancing Panel suspension system and with Anti-Jump fitting. The track profile should be separate from the main profile for enabling reduction in vibration insulation, With Optional backplate for easy Installation. 16 bit intelligent Microprocessor-controller unit should be handled without any external handheld unit , Self-learning, with adjustable parameters for opening and closing speed with an incremental value of 10cm/sec , Max. 30 Sec. hold-open time and opening and closing force, reversing when obstruction is encountered, Class of protection IP 20. The Max. opening and close force by the opeartor should not exceed 150N and Max. Power consumption doesnot exceed 180W during opeartion mode. The operator is used with Optional Electro Mechanical failsecure lock. The optional activators are via Motion and Presence sensors with 2x Microwave for activation and double rows of 24 spots failsafe Safety infra curtains without the need of Photocell. Program Switch with Knob, Max Panel Weight Carrying Capacity of 1 X 120 Kgs / 2 x 120 kgsThe system shall have constant power supply 230V+ 5%, 50Hz, AC.

Aluminium Profile :

The Opeartor is combined with sleek aluminium profile suitable to hold 8-12mm Toughned Glass with correct size of rubber gaskets without using any local sealants. The Profiles should provide for an interlocking arrangement to close out gaps between the sliding panel and fixed panel ,also having F Type Interlock seal on the closing edge of the 2 moving panels. These interlockings should be provided with seals. The profile size not exceeding Vertical Profile (30-40)mm and Horizontal Profile (60-75)mm and has Valid Environmental Product Declartaion (EPD) Certification as per ISO 14025 and 15804 standards. The Operator assembly / production units must fulfill valid quality management systems of ISO 9001: 2015 and also have Environmental Management System of ISO 14001: 2015 Certifications for product approval
