Supply of high intensity microprismatic retro reflective sign plate for overhead cantilever sign boards made out of 2 mm thick alluminium sheet, background to be fully covered green high intensity retro reflective sheeting after etching treatment of aluminium sheet with letters matter in overalay colour film cut out letter. The back side of the aluminium sheet is painted with grey epoxy and supported with a frame of angle iron 40x40x5 mm with the help of stainless stell nut/ aluminium rivets.

Supply of overhead cantilever sign board structure as per enclosed design and dwawing including following: 1) Steel work in built uptrusses in angle iron, Ms pipe and channels etc. including cutting and fixing in position and applying a primer coat of red oxide, welded and bolted including a special shape of whshers complete in all respects.II) Providing of foundation Nut Bolts upto 900 mm in length of suitable dia with washersIII) Painting on trusses plates, nut bolts with two or more coats of enamel paint as per the direction of engineer incharge.

RCC work in foundation as per the enclosed design and drawing including following:I) Earthwork in excavation as per enclosed design and drawing. II) Providing and laying cement concrete in footing and base for column as per enclosed design and drawing.III) RCC work for footing base of column in CC 1:1:5:3IV) Centering and shutteringV) Reinforcement for RCC work including cutting bending and placing in position as per enclosed design and drawing.

Erection of cantilever overhead sign board and structure with the help of movable cantilever crane including nut bolting and fixing on foundation and necessary arrangement for traffic diversion etc.
