Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (Including all carriages and leads).

Centering and shuttering including strutting , proping etc. and removal of form for wall (any thickness) including attached pilasters , buttresses,plinth and string courses etc.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections of trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing of G.I. chain link fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as reequired complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) (Including all carriages and leads).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacture , over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical menas including disposal of material with in 50 mtr lead 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work.

Disposal of mulba by Mechanical Transport upto a lead of 5 km including loading /unloading complete.
