REPAIR MAINT OF HT CABLE CABLE JOINT LIGHTENING ARRESTOR AT DRDC AREA UNDER AOR OF AGE EM II OF GE C KHADKI

JOB WORK : REPAIR/MAINT OF HT CABLE, CABLE JOINT, LIGHTENING ARRESTOR AT DRDC AREA UNDER AOR OF AGE E/M-II OF GE (C ) KHADKI (a) M&L for disconnecting HT XLPE cable of any size from structure/pole/transformer for finding fault, defect rectification HT cable laid in trenches or any location by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc. including taking out defective cable from ground and additional excavation in normal or any type of strata required for exposing the cable fault. Removal of deteriorated portion of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.- 01 Each. (b) Supply, laying in replacement, in trenches ducts/fixing on pole, XLPE insulated, screened, earthed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cable (heavy duty) of size 3 x 120 sqmm with aluminium conductor suitable for 22 KV (E) grade as per relevant IS including latest amendment for IS testing, commissioning all as specified and directed including taking out of old burnt out cable as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.- 30 RM. (c) M&L in repairs HT heat shrinkable outdoor type end termination cable jointing kit suitable for 22 KV, 3 core 120 Sqmm XLPE aluminium conductor cable including disconnecting of cable and removing of old jointing kit complete all as specified and as directed. - 04 Each. (d) M&L in repairs HT heat shrinkable outdoor type end termination cable jointing kit suitable for 22 KV, 3 core 300 Sqmm XLPE aluminium conductor cable including disconnecting of cable and removing of old jointing kit complete all as specified and as directed. - 01 Each.

(e) Supply and fixing ,installation, commissioning and testing of lightening arrestor non-linear resistance type single pole made out of porcelain brown glazed, heavy duty station class, gapless, zinc oxide type ( non - linear ) fitted with pressure relief device, arc diverting ports, grading / corona rings, discharge counter with ammeter, mounting insulator type conforming of Fe 410W (Gde E-250) discharge 10 KAP suitable for 22000 working volts (22 KV) as per IEC 60099-4, frequency 50 Hz, Rated voltage 18 KV rms, complete with comprising following parameters :- (i) Nominal system voltage : 22 KV normal discharge current rating 10 KAP & high discharge with 65 KA assembly.- 03 Each.
