Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast articles complete, all as specified.

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete, all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, including raft footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc and mass concrete complete, all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete, all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cast in situ bored piles 500 mm dia 5m length from cut off level of pile complete all as specific and directed. Notes :-1 The quoted rate shall deemed to include for wastage allowance of 1.5m from cut off level due to intermixing of clay slurry with concrete. However this length shall not be measured. 2. The payment shall be restricted to nominal bore of pile irrespective of actual bore of pile. 3. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for temporary metal sheathing 1.5m provided as guide.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for rough finished, flat surfaces of concrete complete, all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for rough finished, flat surfaces of concrete complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing/laying/wrapping of Geocomposite non woven geo textiles with rawl plug and screws using cup washers on RCC retaining wall or wrapped on slotted drainage pipe for planar drainage, realized by thermos binding a draining core in extruded monofilaments with two filtering that may also be working as separation or protecting layers drainage composite, between two different fills,along side drains of roads, below concrete lining of canals etc. The draining three dimensional core will have a “W” configuration as longitudinal parallel channels, with two filtering UV stabilized Polypropylene non woven Geo textile of minimum thickness of 0.75mm characteristic opening size (O90) of 110 micron and tensile strength of 8 KN/M that will be working as separation or protecting layer, Geocomposite having in plane flow capacity of 2.10 Ltr/(m.s) at hydraulic gradient of 1.0 and 20 Kpa pressure and tensile strength of 18 KN/M, with mass per unit area of 740 gsm, supplied in the form of roll for easy transportation to site of work as per detailed specification complete all as directed and shown in drawings.

S & F of single side single “W” metal crash barrier comprising of cold formed W profiled section having thickness 3mm (uncoated thickness) with frame width of 311 mm depth 83 mm and length 4318 mm (made of IS marked HR coils conforming to IS 5986/2011) spaced 2.00 m C/C of the post which will be 1.0m above top of beam/ wall with 300x300x 10mm thick base plate fixed by 04 Nos anchor bolt 10 dia to beam/ wall. Metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with spacer channel of cold formed channel section size 150x75x5mm and 330mm long (made of IS marked HR coils conforming to IS 5986/2011), All the above components shall conform to clause 810 of MORTH specifications including all fittings required for erection on road side W-beams, posts, spacers shall be hot dip galvanized with zinc coating of 550 gm/Sqm. All bolts, nuts and washers shall also be hot dip galvanized to IS : 1367 pt-XIII/1983 (Reaffirmed 2011) for bolts and IS 14394/1996 (reaffirmed 2011) for nuts including carriage of material in all leads and lifts, all as shown in drawing and directed.

Drainage bay (filter media) 1.0 metre wide between RCC face of retaining wall and excavated rock/soil face laid in layers not exceeding 0.50 metre high duly compacted in entire length of wall of grading (passing from seive size 37.5mm : 90-100 %, from seive size 20.00mm : 80-100 % and from sieve size 12.00mm : 0-20% ) without any sharp edges complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.

PVC(SWR) pipe 75mm bore of pressure rating (working pressure) 4 Kg/Sqcm as in weep hole, embedded properly in retaining wall construction complete, all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape, required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete, all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars, 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete, all as specified.

Supply, lowering, assembling, jointing, and fixing in position slotted mild steel casing pipe, heavy duty of 200mm bore, wall thickness 5.4 mm conforming to IS-8110-2000 having including all jointing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Soling (or sub base), 200 mm thick (spread thickness), with broken boulders or quarried stone (sand stone, flint or quartzite) including filling of interstices, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne/vibratory roller of similar capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

150mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete, all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using minimum 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 250 mm or less all as specified incl necessary form work, concrete laid and compacted complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Expansion joints in concrete slab 150mm thick, joint formed by filling with 12mm thick pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade `A' complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in edges/sides of hardstandins and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles including use & waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: For the purpose of arriving at Contract sum, the amount of Schedule of credit (i.e Rs 388250.00) shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
