Brick Work in CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of Fine aggregates) mix using Best quality II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 ” x 2 3/4 ” including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing the concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications– TNBP No:31

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Exterior Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification.
