Demolition of Stone masonry /pcc block masonry built in cement mortar including coping etc of manholes/septic tank/wall or any position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning / clearance of blocked WC (any type) at any floor from WC to first manhole and making the drain pipe fully functional by flushing with water to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, including disposal of sludge / waste materials upto 50 m and burying the same in a pit, complete all as specified and directed Note - (a) Cost of excavation and removal of surplus soil for pit for burying the wastes/sludges etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost.

Material and labour for cleaning / clearance of blocked kitchens, bathroom, WHB from nahani /floor trap to gully trap / Ist manhole and making the drain pipe full functional by flushing with water to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including disposal of sludge /waste material upto 50 m and burying the same in a pit, complete all as specified and directed Note - (a) Cost of excavation and removal of surplus soil of pit for burying the wastes/sludges etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. Material and labour for desludging/dewatering of septic tanck/ soakage wells including inlet/outlet chambers removing out all scum, silt residuals sludge (both) organic or inorganic nature) after plugging the incoming sewage lines through combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) typer machine mounted on LCV/HCV facility of high pressure vacuum and removing the same in the tank to a place outside condiment meant for the purpose by local municipality complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cleaning of manholes, septic tanks of any depth and description including inlet and outlet chambers removing the waste material removing the same outside the defence land, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for walling of randon rubble uncoursed, well bonded, bedded & solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:4) etc, complete all as specified and directed.
