REPAIR TO STORM WATER DRAIN, SAUSER DRAIN, GRASS CUTTING, HARDSTANDAING, PERMANENT CRACK REPAIR AND PAINTAING INCLUDING ALLIED WORKS AT AF STATION UNDER GE (AF) CHABUA

Labour & T&P for cutting of grass by mechanically operated slasher/Plaugher where ever required including removing of material obtained from cutting & cleaning (both side) upto 500mtrs from the concrete edges complete all as directed. Note:- Contractor will arrange at his own mechanical slasher/plougher(set of one tractor & Jungle Jeem) with POL & MT driver. The mechnical slasher/plougher will be operation from 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs, including lunch break of half hour at mid day, every day in week days excluding Sundays & holidays minimum out put of one mechnical slasher/Plougher will be 1500 Sqm (Grass cut clear area) in a day.

Note: Contractor will arrange at his own bush cutter with POL & operater . The bush cutter will be operation from 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs , including lunch break of half hour at mid day , every day in week days excluding Sundays & holidays minimum out put of one bush cutter will be 250 Sqm ( Grass cut clear area) in a day.

M&L for raking of joint/removing old any sealing compound, dirt from EXPANSION JOINTS 20mm wide (+3 mm) and 40 mm deep, cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 20mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints, priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulfide sealing compound and filling polysulfide based sealant, 10 mm thick including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealant on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking of joints/removing old any sealing compound, dirt from DUMMY/Contraction JOINTS 10 mm wide (+ 3 mm) and 30 mm deep, cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 10 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints, priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulfide sealing compound and filling polysulfide based sealant, 10 mm thick including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealant on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking of joints/removing old any sealing compound, dirt, upto a average depth of 30 mm from CONSTRUCTION JOINTS of a average width 12 mm, (+ 3 mm) cleaning the joint sides properly by mechanical means with diamond cutter, filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 15 mm dia and applying bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joints, priming top with specified primer suitable for polysulfide sealing compound and filling polysulfide based sealant, 13 mm thick including using masking tape on edges of joints to avoid accidental spillage of sealant on top of surface of pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making good cracks/repair in Concrete slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by cutting 30 mm to 40 mm deep and cutting spilled joint, sides perpendicular and parallel to edges by mechanical tools like diamond cutter, cleaning with compressed air under pressure and filling with Elastomeric concrete after application of specified primer all as per manufactures instruction and specifications complete and removal of rubbish to a distance exc 250 m and nexc 500 m and depositing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of concrete/flexible pavement and applying one coat of road marking paint /water based grade-2 conforming to IS 164-1981 (white, Yellow, Black and Orange, etc) as in 102 Sqn Dispersal, PTT, tech flight dispersal, loops/links etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The work may be ordered six times during currency of the contract. (ii) Each coat will be measured and paid separately if directed in the writing for additional coat.

M&L for making good cracks in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by cutting 30 mm to 40 mm deep and cutting spilled joint sides perpendicular and parallel to edges by mechanical tools like diamond cutter, cleaning with compressed air under pressure anfd filling with epoxy resin mortar after application of specified primer and removal of rubbish to distance exc 250 and n.exc.500 and deposting,complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cleaning of monsoon drain covered/open,1.5 m in depth(avg) as orderd including taking out covers and refixing the same ,accumulated silts sand muds etc from bottom of drain removal of all types of organic material silts,sand,muds etc from bottom of brick drain etc, to a distance of exc 250 mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note: Average depth of silt/sand/mud to be measured.

M&L for scraping of grass/wild growth, etc around the runway lights DTGM/link boards, monsoon drain channels etc in airfield area including removing of rubbish from the site to a distance not exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/ stone walls etc. of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement Concrete surfaces of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for pavement of taxi track / runway / Disperasl area as directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortor including all quions,arches, pillars etc complete all as specfied and directed .

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class`B'bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specfied and directed.

All as per item No 15 above here in before but Except Brick complete all as specfied and directed..

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form works etc.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement,including forms,moulds,mi-tred/stopped ends etc.

All as per item No 18 above here in before but 25 mm girth

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2,( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in surface channels and drains etc complete all as spd and directed
