Demolition of cement concrete including floor finishes such as tiles / stone of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of same to outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster etc on brick wall ceiling or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water upto 4 storeys of building etc and disposed off unserviceable materials to out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6, on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall and finished the surface even and smooth without using any extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 3 above but 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling, soffit of stair case, chhajjas facia etc including cement slurry etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in two layers, under layer of 10mm thick in CM (1:6) & top layer of 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying one coats of OBD complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing New plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceremic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7 mm/450x350x7mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) finished rough with wire markings to receive tile over it complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for light shade vitrified double charged ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors or dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tile etc. laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 15 above but dark shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick flooring as in leveling course surface finish even and fair to receive floor finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base finished even and fair to receive floor finish over it complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 30mm thick sand filling for laying paver blocks, as in pavings including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for machine pressed factory made precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for chequred cement concrete coloured tiles size 20cmx20cm/25x25cm/30x30cm x20-25mm thick with gray cement and no pigment in floors etc set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thk cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base finished even and rough to receive floor finish over it complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab (table rubbed and polished) as in flooring laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing, grinding and mirror polishing upto desired satisfaction of Engr In Charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like laid over and including cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection,and the like finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters, any type (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm and removing away from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
