Charges for Annual Overhauling works of LT Switch gear panels: Removal of top cover, hylam separators, cleaning and tightness checking of horizontal and vertical bus (front and rear) including 'T' in vertical bus in switch gear panels

Charges for Annual Overhauling works of LT modules: Removal of modules, external cleaning and tightness checking of terminals, replacement of worn out parts, applying petroleum jelly to finger contacts, greasing of modules and meggering (Size I).

Removal of modules, external cleaning and tightness checking of terminals, replacement of worn out parts, applying petroleum jelly to finger contacts, greasing of modules and meggering (Size II).

Removal of the Hylam partition sheet available in front of the vertical bus of the panel both front and rear side and refixing after cleaning in all modules.

Charges for Annual Overhauling works of LT Breakers/Isolators: Removal of LT breakers and Isolator, external cleaning, cleaning of grease and oil already applied, tightness checking of all bolts and nuts, applying grease, lubricating with oil and petroleum jelly wherever necessary, Checking of closing and tripping mechanism and put back into original position.
