Labour only for checking the serviceability of the different spares / components / parts of security/street light/Flood light fittings on pole/wall any wattage/capacity of any description and in any position with the help of one Electrician and one helper , replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken part(s) either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in new or old position, connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The rate quoted by the contractor for Each Job is deemed to be included consisting of minimum 3 complaints. (b) The contractor or his representative will take complaint from MES complaint Register through MES job card (c) The contractor will made seprate items register with location and signature of user (d) The contractor will maintan complete detail of JOB card and items involved with date and user signature (e) The ladder and T&P as required will be provided by the contractor (f) Risk factor will be the contractor's end (g) Material will be measured and paid separately in the relevant item here after.

M&L for repair of LED street / flood light fitting of any make 30 to 100 watt including replacement of power driver, soldering and testing complete all as directed. (Note:- Cost of power driver is deemed to included in rate quoted)Make: Havells /Wipro/Philips/Shakti

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable light fitting’s bracket incl FI clamps of any description and in any position and supplying and fixing brackets made out of 40/50mm dia medium grade GI pipe 0.75 mtr long bent to shape and size fixed on location using new 2 nosx 30x5mm FI clamps made to shape incl nuts,bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable junction box and S&F in position new sheet moulding compound (SMC) junction boxes of size 450mmX450mmX150mm depth made out of 1.8mm thick CRCA sheet with front side hinged opening having rubber linking & locking arrangement with nut and bolt and arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable and wire. The box shall provided with and including 4 Nos, 100 Amps aluminum bus bar mounted on porcelain insulators including connecting the bus bars to cables with using suitable GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc fixed on pole using 30x5mm FI round clamps, nuts, bolts & washers and Provn of cable from bus bar to MCB and 1 MCB 5 to 32 AMP including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a cot of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
