Taking down cement or cement lime mortar plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc, including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar (including taking out roots/ vegetation if any), disposal of debris, etc outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B old size bricks and of class designation 35 (Minimum compressive strength 35 Kg/Sqcm) , straight or curved on plan exc. 6metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE (4 % concentration) of 20 ml or till refusal by making cut /injection in the stem of plant of roots at 30 mm and spraying with solution 25 ml GLYPHOSPHATE (4 % concentration diluted with ltr of water) and removing the plant /vegetation including penetrated roots complete including necessary scaffolding etc for plants /vegetation complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connections with all fittings fixed to walls /ceiling/laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI tubing and connections with all fittings fixed to walls /ceiling/laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 25 mm bore GI tubing and connections with all fittings fixed to walls /ceiling/laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tubes medium grade, galvanized 15mm bore with all fitting & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tubes medium grade, galvanized 20 mm bore with all fitting & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tubes medium grade, galvanized 25 mm bore with all fitting & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and grooving of wall for fixing of GI pipe lines and after fixing of GI pipe line and making good of all cutting surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 Fittings of size 25mm outer diameter (including special fittings (brass elbow, brass tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, female threaded brass adaptor etc required for fixing of bib tap , stop valve ) fixed on the surfaces of walls / ceiling/ laying over floors , complete all as specified and directed’’

Disconnecting existing tanks, Capacity in litres exc. 1000& n. exc.2000 litres setting aside (or lowering if required for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position . Cleaning repairing, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item above but exc. 250 & n. exc.500 litres

Dismantling water tanks exc 500 & n. exc.2000 litres complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks, double layered (ISI marked) of 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, including provision of necessary fittings for connecting the overflow, drain out, inlet and outlet pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks, double layered (ISI marked) of 2000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, including provision of necessary fittings for connecting the overflow, drain out, inlet and outlet pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 160 mm bore UPVC rain water pipe type 'A', single socketed, (ISI Marked) in any length with and including ruber ring joints, complete fixed to wall with necessary stay clamps etc and also including taking down existing RWP of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 160 mm bore UPVC (SWR) Bends/Shoes with and including rubber ring joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/cement concrete (unreinforced) from existing roof/terrace etc and also removing/taking down of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position including cleaning the surfaces of roof etc with wire brush complete and removing the retreived debris out side MD land, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof surface to achieve required slope, benching etc including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for APPLICATION OF 7 LAYER OF WATERPROOFING SYSTEM ON LEAKING ROOF BY THOROUGH SURFACE PREPARATION, OPENING AND FILLING OF CRACKS, APPLICATION OF ABSORPTION COAT OF THERMACOOL WP51, APPLICATION OF SANDWICH COAT OF ELASTOMERIC (THERMACOOL WP51 + CEMENT) WATERPROOFING LAYER WITH 80 GSM NON WOVEN FIBRE MESH, APPLICATION OF 3 RD COAT OF ELASTOMERIC (THERMACOOL WP51 + CEMENT) WATERPROOFING LAYER AND TOPCOATED WITH TWO COATS OF THERMACOOL 0.3C ELASTOMERIC, WATERPROOFING SOLAR IR HEAT REFLECTIVE COATING HAVING A MIN. SERVICE LIFE OF 10 YEARS.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of 5 layer of water proofing system on leaking roof / wall by through surface preparation opening and filling of cracks, application of absorption coat of Thermacool WP51 application of two coats of elastomeric (thermacool WP51+ cement ) waterproofing layer and topcoated with two coats of thermacool 0.3c elastomeric , waterproofing solar IR heat reflective coating having a min service life of 7 years, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing / taking down of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness and in any position including cleaning the surfaces of roof etc with wire brush complete and removing the retrieved debris outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC in the proportion as recommanded by the manufacturer(s), over top of roof surfaces and parapet wall etc, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed Note: WPC shall be measured and paid as "supply only" separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for cutting out cracks to v-section in existing parapet walls/colums over RCC roofs or terracing cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1.1(by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of MS works of any description such as ,ladders,gates work,grating etc, including necessary straightening of bends complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250)quality-A complete complete all as specifed and directed. .

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description, not other wise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 39450.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'
