Overhauling of electrically operated motor of 13.4 HP capacity, 3 phase, 415 Volts AC, measuring no load current, IR value and winding resistance using micro ohm meter before overhauling, dismantling of motor, measuring stator and rotor ID, carry out dynamic balancing of rotor if required, applying grease and varnish, assembling of motor, carry out no load current and KW study and alignment of all the loosen parts including transportation from LRDE to workshop in Bangalore and back including re-fixing, connecting, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: - Rate quoted includes for all minor spares only and major spare parts will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under relevant items of this BOQ, but labour element for replacing same shall deemed to be inlcuded in this item.

Dismantling motor, 3 phase, 415 Volts, AC of 0.5 HP to 1 HP capacity, opening up, remove the burn out winding, rewinding with same gauge copper conductor, insulating, varnishing, greasing, reassemble parts, re-fixing to the position, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.
