Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in slabs with inclination not exceeding 25 degree with horizontal, excluding steel reinforcement, but including centring and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respect. (HSR 10.82 + 10.95 a)

11.43cm thick brick wall laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in superstructure. (HSR 11.48 a)

Terracing consisting of tiles 22.86cm x 11.43cm x 3.81cm, laid over 87.50mm mud filling on a layer of 25mm mud plaster and another layer of mud mortar for laying the tiles, including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 Kg per Sqm on top of R.C.C. slab including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:3 and top surface to be left clean etc. (HSR 13.13)

Providing & Fixing PVC Rainwater Pipe 6 kg. pressure of ISI mark in cement mortar during masonry work. (a) 100mm dia PVC pipe 6 kg. pressure (Note:- Reputed make PVC Pipe such as Supreme, Finolex, Prince will be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (HSR 13.89) Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

150mm dia PVC pipe 6 kg. pressure (Note:- Reputed make PVC Pipe such as Supreme, Finolex, Prince will be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note: - Tile shall be premium quality (1st quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA & RAK. (HSR 14.89) Note:- The Agency to whom the work is allotted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Providing & fixing Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600mm of approved make in skirting/ dado laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note: - Tile shall be premium quality (1st quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA & RAK. (HSR 14.90) Note:- The Agency to whom the work is allotted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coats over one priming coat on new work. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.58)

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (b) 1st Quality. (HSR 16.79 b)

Chowkats of commercial hard wood such as hillock, champ, chikrassy, and chaplash, etc., (Non-coniferous timber other than teak conforming to I.S. specification no. 1003 kiln seasoned), of doors and windows including iron hold fasts, corner straps, screws, bolts for hold fasts, etc., complete fixed in positon. (HSR 17.12)

Factory manufactured panelled and glazed door shutters of commercial hard wood, such as hollock, champ, chikrassy and chaplash, etc (Non coniferous timber other than teak confirming to IS specification No. 1003, Kiln seasoned), with 100mm wide verticle styles, 150mm wide lock rail, 200mm wide bottom rail and 100mm wide other rails, with panels of 12mm thick commercial veneered both sides particle board or plywood of BWR grade, hot pressed, including cost of iron hings, screws, chocks/cleats, stops and nails etc, complete fixed in position (excluding the cost of any fittings, other than specified above but including labour for fixing the same in position. (a) 30mm thick. (HSR 17.91 (a) - Note 17.18 i)

Factory manufactured wire gauze door and window shutters of commercial hard wood such as hollock, champ, chikrassy and chaplash etc. (non coniferous timber other teak, conforming to IS specification No. 1003, kiln seasoned) with 100mm wide vertical styles 150mm wide lock rail 200mm wide bottom rail and wire gauze of 140G or 120G designation including cost of iron hinges, screws, chock/cleats, stops nails etc., complete fixed in position (excluding the cost of any fittings, other than specified above, but including labour for fixing the same in position) (styler and rails of windows shutters shall be 75mm wide). (b) 35mm thick. (HSR 17.92 (b) - Note 17.18 i)

Factory manufactured solid flush door shutters, with block board core as per IS 1659-1969 bonded with water proof type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, hot pressed, confirming to IS 2202 part I and II, fixed in position, including iron hinges, screws, chocks/ cleats and stops, etc (excluding the cost of any fittings other than specified above, but including labour for fixing the same in position. (a) commercial veneering with vertical grains or corss bands and face veneer on both sides commercial facing with laminated core and lipped edges:- (iii) 35mm thick. (HSR 17.93 (a) (iii) - Note 17.18 i)

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-550 EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC including straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights/ depths/ storeys/ basements etc. (HSR 18.22) Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.

Providing and fixing HDPE Water Storage Tanks of Sintex, Diplast, O.K. make with covers/ lids marked with IS: 12701 on roof top of buildings including cost of hoisting and placing in position, making connections with inlet and outlet pipes, providing overflow & scour provisions with suitable plug on scour pipe including cost of nipples, washers, flanges for connections in tanks complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Recoverable items

Recovery items: Bidders have to quote rates for recovery items at least or more than reserve price. The rate quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of structure have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) on approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. The reserve price is as under: -
