Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) incl. all leads, lifts, head loads and carriages of all material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. Precast terrazzo tiles 22mm thick with graded marble chips of size upto 12 mm, laid in floors, and landing, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing polishing and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 Dark shade using ordinary cement.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport including Consolidation with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity and watering of earth in layers incl. all-inclusive leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load if any and carriage of materials from approved source to site of work complete.

Supplying Stacking & Filling Good earth including spreading SORTING AND LEVELING WITH SHOVELS, royalty AND RAMMING etc as per directions of Engineer incharge, incl. all-inclusive leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load if any and carriage of materials from approved source to site of work complete.
