Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 CUM getting out soft/ loose soil, returning filling, in and ramming earth or broken mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface in soft loose soil complete all as specified. Note: Returning filling and Removing of surplus soil are deemed to be included in this item.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embeded concrete brick etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area not exceeding 100 sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chainlink fencing and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified. Material and labour for Mild steel deformed bars, 8 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified. Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Supply and fix hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only M.S Galvanised chain link fencing any size or type. Note: (a)The sample only be approved by GE after physical check. (b) The contractor shall produce necessary test certificate for galvanised coating and without the same no payment shall be made to the contractor.

Fixing only chainlink fencing incl line wire any mesh size and type of any type of standard, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long with dia 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub bases of floor finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply and fix of galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, straining bolts at ends, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified. Note: The contractor shall produce necessary test certificate for galvanised coating and without the same no payment shall be made to the contractor.

Material and labour for prepration new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Demolition of Precast concrete block/ Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, laid with cement morter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 type C1 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified. Note: Formwork shall be paid including this item but reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing even and smooth complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of external primer paint to external walls including complete all as specifies and directed

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block 1:3:6 type C1 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates exceeding 10 cm in width and getting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 in internal faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with using approved LWPC as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified.
