Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Sewerage System and all ancillary works along with Design, construction, supply, installation, testing and commissioning (Civil, Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & other necessary works) of Sewage Treatment Plant based on SBR Process with 1 year defect liability including 10 years O&M for Sambhar town

Designing, providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of STP for inlet Sewage parameters BOD-300, COD-600, TSS-600, TKN 55, pH-6.5 to 7.5 based on SBR technology consisting of Inlet Chamber, Screen Chamber, Grit- Detritus Tanks and Biological CASP Basins, Chlorine Contact Tank, Chlorinator with Chlorinator shed & tonner Shed, Chemical Storage & Dosing shed with dosing Equipments, Sludge Sump, Gravity Sludge Thickener, Sludge dewatering system equipment and building, sludge storage shed, necessary piping work with required valves, gates, storm water drains and rain water harvesting system, bypass drains, roads & pathways, landscaping, Compound wall with gates, Administration Block cum Laboratory, Laboratory Equipments, staff quarters, Tools and Plants, Spare Parts, ESR and Tanker Filling points, Metering Room, Guard Room etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical works inclusive of following items, units as per detailed specification for civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical components with all duties and taxes, etc. complete to achieve BOD < 10 ppm, COD <100 ppm, TSS < 10 ppm, to get reusable quality of water for industrial /agricultural purposes, outlet parameters shall also include TN < 10 ppm, Nh3N < 2 ppm and TP < 1 ppm) with full automation including PLC-SCADA and Instrumentation, reuse arrangement (storage GLR, OHSR and pumps) and treated effluent disposal line for treated water 1 KM as per specifications. STP - 01

Fix Provision for O&M of all facilities created under this contract including but not limited to Sewer Line System , STP and sewerage network etc. for Ten Years as per Tender Document (yearwise payment amount is given in tender document) for Sambhar town Bidder should fill amount Rs. 3500000.00 Bidder should fill this amount In case any other amount is filled then it will be consider as 3500000.00 Only.

Provision of Provisional Sum to be used as per Tender Document (FIXED) for Sambhar town Bidder should fill amount Rs. 1300000.00 Bidder should fill this amount In case any other amount is filled then it will be consider as 1300000.00 Only.
