Description

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets (Make- TATA/JSW) with the depth of 30 mm and pitch of corrugation 200 mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.60 mm(TCT) total coated thickness( tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as shown in drawing or as desired by engineer in charge and shall be fixed using stainless steel Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel stitching screw of size 19X2.5 mm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheets roofing accessories (Make- TATA/JSW), 0.60 mm total pinted thickness (TPT) with base matal thickness and painting specification and laying/screwing specifications as that of the cladding/roof sheet material as in above item and material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) : Matching Profile ridge in RAL 9002. (upto 900mm).

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheets roofing accessories (Make-TATA/ JSW), 0.60 mm total coated thickness (TCT), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polester paint and coating of 20-25 micron rmp on expose surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer using stainless steel self drilling/ tapping screws of size 6x50 mm with EPDM seal and Stainless steel plain washer complete : Flashing/ Apron of required shape and size to give even aesthetics and leakage free joints, complete work as per direction of EIC (Upto 900mm).

Repair / Refilling gap between roof sheet and walls with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 Coarse sand (Zone III), 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and Supplying and applying pre tested and approved water based concrete curing compound to concrete/ masonry surface, all as per manufacturer’s specification, curing with Non pigmented wet curing compound, thereafter finishing/ leveling with avg 6 mm thick cement plaster both side of mix 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) to match with existing wall , the work also includes finishing with Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. and then finishing the inner side 1m band of wall along the length of wall White washing with lime to give an even shade and Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade outer side of wall complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.(avg thickness of CC 50 mm) NOTE - For payment Purpose width and length of Gable/ Long/ partition wall to be measured for calculation area .
