Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000metres ,stacking serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately.)

Scarifying Existing Granular Surface to a Depth of 50 mm by Manual Means (Scarifying the existing granular road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres. )

Excavation in cutting in soil by manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 50 m as per technical specification.

Granular Sub -base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) (A) By Mix in place method, Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. ii ) For Grading II Material

III, Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means.

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80mm paving blocks as per IS:15658-2006 as per drawing & technical specification clause 1504. A) Including Edge block/ Edge restraints

Excavation for Structures (Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material., ordinary soil, upto 3.00 m depth

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT( Fe-500 D) bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause,. (a) With other make ISI marked TMT rebar Secondary Producer

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 With Crushed stone (IV) RCC Grade 20 (i) For height upto 5 m

Stone masonry work in cement mortar in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 702, 704, 1202 and 1204

Providing, fitting, fixing of MS channels and RS Joist ove rfootpath, drain as drain cover and approach slab including welding the channel and placed over RS joist including all labour and transportation etc. as per drawing & technical specification & as directed by Deptt.

Applying two coats ready mix paint of approved brand on steel complete as directed by Deptt.

Tack Coat :Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (A) With 60/70 or VG -30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (13 mm nominal size)
