SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART- I ( REPAIR OF BUILDING )

M & L for GI sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc.,and stacking the material within 50 metres lead

Fixing of PPGI profile Sheet of 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gm per sqm in 240 mpa steel grade as free for fixing, using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size 5.5x55mm with EPDM seal, complete to the existing truss and purlins etc complete.

Providing and fixing PPGI sheet ridges or hips of width (500- 600mm) overall width plain sheet of 0.50 mm (+0.05%) total thickness , zinc coating fixed 120grms per sqm as per IS :277 using self drilling or self tapping screws complete.

Dismantling cement asbestos sheets or other hard board in ceiling , including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (In cement mortar)

Half brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing 12.5mm thick square edge Gypsum tile of size 595x595mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard and fixed in true horizontal level , suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel section, consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick ( minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross 'T' of size 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.30mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in grid including required cutting/making, opening for services etc complete. Main T runner to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats od size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable wire etc all complete with white colour tiles.

Dismantling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incl cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out joints and plastering the surface of the walls, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead etc. complete with CM 1:4( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in Size of Tile 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying non skid ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300mm ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make, in all colours and shades except white, Ivory, Grey laid on 20mm thick CM 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand), incl grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments. etc. complete.

Providing and making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone aggr 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and finishing with two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 Sqm over existing cement paint surface Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade including removing of old water proofing cement paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper approved brand and manufacturer to given an even shad in old work (one or more coats) incl preparation of old surface by removing old paint by scrapping, sand papering incl necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer , over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Dismantling doors, windows shutters including chowkhats, holdfasts etc complete of area 3 sqm and below.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc as required in door frame and guard bars.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick factory made laminated flush door shutters decorative type, core of block boards construction with frame of 1st class hard wood including stainless steel butt hinges with screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts of size : 100x10 mm with necessary screws etc. Complete.

Supply and fixing aluminum sliding door bolts, transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc complete of size 250x16mm.

Providing and painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Providing and painting one or more coats on old work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in Size of Tile 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make,in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Steel work in built up tubular round sections for truss and wall cladding including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.with hot finished seamless type tubes.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I.wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :(Fully Perforated Gypsum Plaster Board of size 1200 x 2400x12.5 mm having approx. 15 % perforated area with perforation size and pattern as approved by the Engineerin- charge and as per manufacturer's specification, with all 4 side tapered and backed by acoustical tissue with NRC value not less than 0.60)
