PART A: PAVEMENT

Scarifying the existing Bituminous Surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all leads and lifts upto 1km

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

Tack Coat: Providing and Laying tack coat with Bitumen (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.20 to 0.25 Kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete).

Bituminous Macadum :- Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

25mm thick semidense: Providing, laying semi-dense Bituminious concreate using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminios binder and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped wirth electronic sensor to the require grade, level and alignment and rolling with smoooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to acheive the desired compaction and density as per specification ,complete as per dirctions of Engineer-In-Charge 16.64.1 25mm compacted thickness with bitumeen of grade VG-10@5% (percentage by weight of total mix)

Seal Coat :- Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A/B as per Technical Specification Clause 510.specification 1995) by Mech. means using bitumen (S-90) .including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

Construction of unlined surface drains manually using picks and shovels complete job as directed by the engineer.

PART B: PCC DRAIN

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto required lead , dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. Ordinary/hard soil upto required depth.

Providing concrete for plain concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and Technical Specifications clause 802, 803, 1202, & 1203 in PCC Grade M-10 Nominal Mix (1:3:6) including cost of form-work & incl. cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

Providing conc. for plain cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202, and 1203 P.C.C. Grade M-15 (1:2.5:5) Nominal mix.including cost of form-work & incl. cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

Providing conc. for plain cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202, and 1203 P.C.C. Grade M-20 Nominal mix.including cost of form-work & incl. cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202 in foundation ,including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .)

Providing and applying of 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic paint applicable machine fitted with profile show glass beeds dispenser , propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road surface I/C cost of material labour t&p
